Great atmosphere. One Piece is almost always playing on the TV. Owner is very nice. There is a customer loyalty card. Food is good. Parking is a bit awkward, but I never had an issue finding spaces.
This place has a good view, great pho, and is set up so you can take your time or be in and out quickly. It's extraordinarily clean as well. Stop in and check this place out! I passed by it for too long.

Nice, no frills Pho place. The Pho House Special or "dac biet" was very good. The broth was flavorful and the meat wasn't dry. Even tasted like the beef balls were homemade. Some of the best pho I've had in WA.Got a couple of sandwiches too, the grilled pork and grilled chicken. The bread was fresh and crispy, the meat was flavorful, and the pickled veggies were crunchy.The view is amazing.
