I was in need of a cake for a professional event for work and was referred to Artfetti by a friend. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed. It did not match the description of my order (frosting color, frosting style, etc) as well as it was extremely difficult to read the message on the front. Lastly, there were complaints regarding the “filling”, which looked like melted ice cream. I’m not sure if it was rushed because of the poor weather or what, but this was certainly not worth $50.

Love this place.The people are so nice,Cupcakes are delicious!I took my daughter there the day before her birthday to scout out the treat that she wanted for her special day and we came back the next day and they had already closed, one of the owners or employees was still there and opened up even though she was closed to take care of us what an amazing example of top notch customer service.I will definitely be back

I called and the woman who ans just said"HELLO", I had no idea if I reached a business nbr or not. I gave all the details and she told me she send me a text confirming the order and include the price. I never received anything so I had 2 go elsewhere to order the cake for my Mom's 75 birthday. Very very disappointing experience.

Bad service came in a month in advance to switch date to one week before and the lady did not write it down, i gave the full payment 3 weeks before, the day of my baby shower she said she did not remember me coming in and making a full payment and switching the date. She did not offer any other options and i asked for my refund. Not going back there. Would not recommend, unorganized and not committed to their word. P.S. The red velvet tastes like cake box

I’ve been here before and really loved the macarons. I don’t live in the TriCities so it’s a treat to stop when I come to town. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I bought a dozen macarons and everyone of them were hard, and crumbled on the first bite. Macarons should be soft and chewy and these weren’t. I’m going to believe this was not a typical situation because I’ve loved them before. Hoping if I stop in next time I’m in the TriCities that I’ll be glad.
This place is absolutely amazing I had a birthday emergency and they were able to get me the edible image I needed within two hours of me calling along with their great prices this is the place to go! I will be using their services from now on!
