When 'auditioning' restaurants as places to host a post wedding ceremony dinner for about 20 guests, my Granddaughter ( the Bride!) and I had dinner here. New to the area, neither of us had been here before but a friend recommended it very highly. Out dinner was fantastic, the setting was intimate and lovely and the service was attentive and professional. I asked to speak with the manager and we met Nadine. She and her husband, Chef Leonardo, own and manage the restaurant. She was just lovely. They were the perfect choice for us. So helpful in menu planning, beverage service and, oh my gosh, the cake cutting and service with the help of Nadine went smoothly. We were in a private room off the main dining room and it was just a wonderful evening.

Most authentic Italian restaurant in the Tri Cities IMHO. Rigatoni was exceptionally good and Shiloh, our waitress was very prompt and informative. Great wine selection also

Went there a few months back with my wife. Every thing was good until I noticed a white hair on my plate then a second one. I called the waitress over and showed her the hairs. She was apologetic and proceeded to say they look like dog hair. They brought me a second plate which I asked if they could pack it to go. As we where waiting my wife goes to the restroom and hears a dog bark upstairs. Very disappointed as it the first time in months that we had the opportunity to enjoy a date night.

I took 3 of my teenage grandsons on a grandma date and they raved about everything. The youngest who isn't crazy about anything "healthy" said it was a great salad. I did not know that lettuce could be amazing. Another boy said it was the best spaghetti he's ever had. And the oldest had the special which included chicken. He said that it was phenomenal. So delicious and flaky. Then they shared the dessert, because they were so full... they could not believe how delicious the cheese cake was. They really wanted to meet the chef, but it was too busy to ask.The waitress, May, was so kind and helpful, and just a pure joy.I will most, definitely, be back with my other grandsons. And will bring these guys back. I have several. But first, we're watching "Ratatouille"!

We made reservations & were on time. We were seated at a dirty table. After 15 minutes we asked for water and a menu. we ordered wine and waited a while for that. We ordered our meal and the waiter never returned. We were there another hour .We asked twice for our salad which never came. Other people came in after us had already been served and were leaving. We asked for a bill to pay for the 2 glasses of wine we ordered. I have to say the service was awful and we will never return to Bell Italia.

We had high hopes, but the food was disappointing. The bread and the bruschetta were our highlight. The lasagna tasted like the pasta you can get canned. The desserts looked like they tasted, just okay.

Great food and service. Server made a mistake that we didn’t even notice, but admitted it and fixed it immediately. We will definitely be back!

I hate to give a 1 star review but I literally walked out after paying for our initial drinks- something I have never done in my long life. First, we fully checked the place out and made reservations before coming, closely reading through menu and prices before coming. The menu we were shown when we arrived was not the same at all. Please be aware that, at this time at least, any dish under $30 is just a very small plate of pasta- no veggies, mushrooms, meat. We didn’t end up ordering food but saw people around us eating $26 plates of red sauced gnocchi that looked soggy. I ordered wine when I sat down and the server didn’t know the difference between a cab and a Sauvignon blanc. Ultimately, I ordered a $11 glass of Chardonnay that was sweet, sticky and suspiciously Gallo-like. All the appetizers on the menu were bread (with olive oil or cheese, but all just bread) and the bread served to others around us was literally just slices of white bread. Not willing to pay $28 for some soggy pasta in what looked like bottled marinara , we apologized to our server, paid for our drinks and went somewhere else. She was very nice about it. In all fairness, the server said they were very crowded or booked or something that night so maybe this was an anomaly.

Holy hell I absolutely loved everything about this place. I was amazed at the environment and just how fresh off the boat the place feels. Our server was beyond excellent and just the cream of the crop. But the best part was the food I was stuck on stupid with the simplicity of the food yet the ancestors in my heart told me it was perfect bwahahaha can’t wait to go again
