They totally made a mistake with my order since I’m allergic to onions, the drive through lady did not here me say no onions and I got it any way. Here’s where the manager Seth jumped on the situation not knowing why I had came inside straight from the drive thru had me in awe. The cook Arturo over heard everything and cleaned the grill mid shift before making my food has me in tears (on the inside) this is an experience I will never forget because customer service is and will always be my line of work and I have not see this type of customer service in a long time.

My food was meh. Kinda flavorless. I had the chicken supreme 8 inch and it just didn’t hit the spot the way it usually does. Half of the sandwich was just bread because they didn’t spread out the filling. The fries are always a hit though and I do enjoy their fry sauce. The service could be better, they’re typically very short and curt. Just throw the food at you and move on to the next customer. I understand being busy, but that doesn’t mean all customer service skills go out the door.

Food has been good for the most part, have order their melts like the steak supreme and the cheese not be melted on it. But this time ordered online for pick up around 530pm said it would be ready in 15minutes, got there in 20minutes and they still hadn't started making it. No one was monitoring the system, one was mopping which was fine but the other guy was out in the front distracted and flirting with two girls. Come on...

Visit this area weekly for work and have been to Bruchi's at this location numerous times with the same result. My double cheeseburger is made the exact same way every time and is awesome. The staff is courteous and restaurant is always clean and inviting. The management is often present on the floor and it shows. Quality food, good price and a great staff!! Wish this franchise owner would buy the Bruchi's in my home town (Post Falls, Id.) Will continue to be a customer.

Bruchi's food is always delicious. The cooks never disappoint. The service is always friendly & the restaurant is always clean. Never had a bad experience & we are frequent customers.

This is one of the best Bruchi's. Sometimes they make a mistake but it's pretty rare. They are much better then the one on Kennewick Ave. We have a few to choose from and this one gets it right more often then not. Tastes great!

I don't know what happened to the old Bruchi's on Kennewick Ave, but their food was always great. This new location is having problems. Customer service is usually great when I walk in the store, but usually not great in the drive thru. I don't know why that is but it is what it is. The most important problem that needs fixed is the sandwich quality. My bread is soaked, soggy, nasty. It looks like they dumped a cup of water over my sandwich by the time I get home with it. The paper is soaked and stuck to the sandwich.I don't know what you do to your sandwiches but I never had this problem at the old Kenn Ave location, nor the Burden St in Pasco. Just this one. Maybe the meat needs cooked just a little longer to get some of the steam out, maybe there needs to be less juice off the grill thrown into the bun... I dont know. But something needs fixed because it's gross, and disappointing, and I'm not paying for that kind of quality any more.
