Visiting from out of town and we were met by a security guard not on staff with this establishment that shared with us we were lot welcome to dine because we were not there to watch a ufc 300 fight. My 13 year old and I spent our money with another establishment. Pretty sad

They refused to service us because of the UFC fight that way happening HOURS later, and they were “saving” chairs for people when they came in for the fight. The area had so many empty chairs & tables.

I could have driven to a country farm. Found a small chick. Raised it to a healthy weight. Butchered it and cooked it in the amount of time it takes to order your food and be served by the grumpy wait staff at this establishment

My husband & I eat there for take out every week & have run into hour long wait times, cold food & my tacos being dropped on the ground & given to me anyway but we still eat there. Tonight we decided to eat inside there with our children. It took an hour & a half to get our food & mine was made wrong, it was completely smothered in south west ranch even though I asked for none on them. They said they would remake them with a rush but I sat there for another hour watching my whole family eat waiting on my food. The server was very apologetic & HE offered to ask the manager if they could comp my food but instead came back & said the manager offered to make them half off. Well guess what I NEVER EVEN GOT THEM. My family finished eating while I waited for my food for an hour then waited 20 mins after they were finished & I still had not gotten my food. I finally asked to just take them off so we could go home because I’m starving & my family is finished eating & my kids are tired off waiting since we had been there almost 3 hours. They did take the tacos off but ONLY AFTER the manager confirmed I didn’t get them. I almost walked out without paying for any of it. They are lucky I paid a penny for that service.We will NEVER eat here again, this is how they treat loyal customers that eat there every week. Now I’m enjoying a cup of noodles at home. I never get to eat out with my kids because it’s so expensive & the one time I do I don’t even get food!You lost a good customer for life… good job you should be proud of yourselves.

Slowest, dirty tables, bickering employees.Walked in to the bar area. Had to take the cleanest table with was the disabled table. 20 minutes to take drink order, 25 minutes to get drink. That was the fast part. Employees bickering about job duties. Not one of them ever made eye contact with customers as they walked around. I thought it was a good thing they brought out the napkins. Nope I think they wanted us to start eating them. It was not real busy, there were plenty of employees to customer ratio.

Went in on a Friday night ordered 4 appetizers and a 10 piece boneless set at 9:15pm, finally recieved our order minus 1 of our appetizers and silverware at 1015pm. Food was cold the cheese dip had the hard crunchy layer on it already. After reminding the Waitress of our 4th appetizer it finally came out overcooked and gross. Tables around us hadn't been bussed since our order was placed. Had to track down an employee to ask for silverware and discovered employees were eating full meals by the soda fountains (do they not have a break location, are they not able to take adequite breaks required by law?) At this point in the evening they were not busy. Waitress was not attentive, silverware was not clean. This is the third time in the last 2 months that we have spent and obscene amount of time waiting for our order and recieved substandard service and food.

We were told by the host that there was a wait time of 10 min. So, my husband and I decided to wait since it was a short wait time period. It took around 30 to 40min for them to take us to our table. They took our order after 15min of waiting at the table. and it took another 30min for us to get our food. (A couple got there after us and sat them after us and got their food before us) w ordered two orders of wings, a kids cheeseburger meal and a hamburger. Once we got our food it was cold. The wings were hard and barely had any sauce. The fries we got were so hard and 1inch long with a few regular size. My daughter only decided to eat the bread because the meat was cold. Not to mention, my 2 year old son fell asleep and didn’t even eat because of all the waiting. I was also deciding to get a to go order, but decided not to. We were so unsatisfied with the service provided. The host was not even in the from but on the side on her phone. But our server seemed to be really busy. The time we went to eat was around 2:30pm wasn’t even that busy.

Last night. The waiter we had was amazing and he did absolutely nothing wrong, in fact he was super nice and had a smile on the whole time through the night. the food though was brought to my fiancé and I cold and the fries tasted almost stale (again super cold), the sandwich tasted super great but I wish it was temperature hot and warm. So the food was not super great and it is sad because I ordered the same I had about a month ago and it was the best thing ever. I didn’t say anything a finished my order because I was just so hungry and the waiter already had someone yell at him so I didn’t want to cause more problems.

The service was rude and did things in a very disrespectful manner, and they mixed up my wings with a whole other wing order but it still had the sticker and they didn't make the wings extra crispy like I ordered them. I hope they make arrangements in the staff.

We ordered our food and it took an hour to get it and it was cold! Our server checked once during the hour and filled our drinks but never mentioned anything about our food. The side of fries with 2/5 meals were rang out as 2 lg fries which was more like a small mcds fry and $9.00 each for the fries! Not to mention the wings barely had any sauce on them. Really poor service, cold food, and extremely overpriced for portions. It wasn’t even that busy either. Really disappointed.

We got here and got our drinks and took forever to take our order. We finished our drinks and still waiting to get our order taken and to get more drinks. When they brought us our food they got mine wrong and tried to tell me that it was right but I told them I did not order that so they went to go make my burger and took forever! This will be the last time I’m coming back until they get new employees. A couple came in after us and they left cause they didn’t even get their order taken or drinks they got tired of waiting and left, which I should have done too. I also seen one of the employee drinking on the job. The burgers were delicious the fries were cold and drinks were good everything else I was very disappointed!

Went to one of the locations, was seated in the bar and was ignored, people that came in behind us got their drinks first and a menus, we weren’t even greeted or asked if we wanted water, drinks, nothing after a while we just got up and left.
