Once again I find myself without lunch. My go to drink is a taro boba so I head down to Columbia Gardens to see what I can grab for lunch also. There is this taco truck I have seen around town for a while now, Don Taco, the bright color makes it stand out. Once I ordered my drink I decided to see what they have on their menu. I have been seeing their ad for weeks on facebook, but whenever we went down there they were gone :( They were open today and we tried a couple of tacos. The El Mexicano and Alambre Taco. They were delicious, fresh and just like homemade :) The best we have had hear in the Tri-Cities so far. We can't wait to get hungry again so we can go back and try more stuff. We like all of their salsa's too :)

Went to an event last night where we received a few food tickets to use at any of the food trucks. I used mine on a hot dog vendor but also wanted to try the taco truck. The lady was super nice and let me pay for an order. She had to start up the square machine for me and was happy to do so. Got Asada tacos and there were great. This was a food ticket event and she went out of the norm for us and allowed us to pay. I will definitely try this truck again.
