I was super impressed today when I stopped in for a quick sandwich. It ended up not being quick, but that was because there was only one guy working the line which was nearly to the door, not counting online orders that were coming in. He kept his composure the entire time and even engaged positively with the customers while moving along efficiently. His name is Tannis (sp?) and I think he may be a manager or co-owner, but this guy and his franchise deserve 5-stars through-and-through....read full review
Delicious as always! The guy making the sandwiches kept forgetting to put items on that I requested including mayo on all 3 but sandwiches were soooo good as usual!Parking: Lots of parking to the side in the mall parking lot. Especially for trailers like I had.

The service is always great and the food is probably the best quality you can get at a chain restaraunt. Its a little pricey but always satisfying. It always seems very understaffed but the skeleton crew working is always polite while working at break neck speeds. Eating here reminds me of buying Nike, im satisfied with the product and want more, I just have to willfully ignore the sweatshop labor that went into making it. 4/5 stars, would trade my values for a cheese steak...read full review
