I get a sandwich delivered 2 or 3 times a week. Last week, I ordered pick up instead. Jimmy John's actually called me to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. Their food and service are always consistent and fresh. Love them.

Great food, good fast service, courteous staff; is exactly what I would expect from a Jimmy John's. We've ordered probably a dozen times from here without inaccuracy, or some mechanical failure of some kind. The bathrooms are always well maintained.Parking: There are spots outside of the restaurant that are vehicle-width. Seriously, if you don't know what a parking spot is, just don't drive; that has nothing to do with the venue.

Tired of soggy bread with orders and giving the wrong names for orders. I do t know how much longer I will deal with this stuff

Popped in to the Clearwater/Columbia Center Blvd shop around 10:10am without checking on the hours. Walked up to the door and gave it a wiggle…darn! Closed. The manager spotted me and quickly opened the door and explained they didn’t open til 11, but to come in and she would get me taken care of.What she didn’t know is I was picking up a lunch tray for the Trios cancer treatment and infusion center. The staff at that hospital had treated my mom with such care we wanted to express our gratitude with a nice thank you card and some Jimmy John’s lunch on us.This Jimmy John’s manager totally made my day. Sure, I would have sat there for 45 minutes and waited, but her cheer and kind hearted service was a rare example of what kind of people you may bump into around our community.Well done sandwich lady!

Staff is super friendly, my sandwich is always made correctly! I don't see the point in the rewards system however. Getting a cookie every other week when I come here for lunch habitually is kinda a slap in the face after the initial free sandwich I got for signing up. Save yourself the time at checkout and don't bother. It slows the checkout process down.

Good for served quickly. I've never really had to stand in line here but the place always has people in it.Get a pickle but make sure it is halves or quartered eating a whole fist full of pickle makes you look like a maniac.

Waited almost 20 min for a little john with no explanation or letting me know how long the wait would be, then was treated poorly by the person in the window lol i understand if y’all are busy but at least explain it or don’t be super rude on top of it (:
I just want to submit a review for anyone who might be excited about the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich... It's extremely disappointing and I would love to add the pics I took of what my sandwich looked like, but there's not an option to post pics. But I assure you, it's NOTHING like it's advertised to be.
