The customer Service was TERRIBLE. We ordered through the drive through, two nuggets, a large mash potato and gravy and a small fry. When we took the food out of the packaging, (a plastic bag and brown paper bag I quickly noticed the tenders were missing. My partner called the chain and the manager, I did not get his name, (Hispanic male with a dark blue button up) was extremely rude and kept stating he packaged the order himself and made sure to put them in the brown paper bag. My partner explained to him that they were not in either bag and even went to check the car to make sure they did not fall out. The manager said he would replace them but when we got to the location the man became extremely combative and literally blamed saying “He knows he put them in the bag and we must have missed placed them” or “lost them” Sir, who the hell is going to drive all the back over there dam tenders unless they paid for them and we’re not in the bag. The customer service we received was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing.

I recently placed an order online. I wasn't feeling well after a surgical procedure and just wanted to pick dinner up for the family. I came in about 10 minutes before it was ready to be picked up, just figured that I didn't want it sitting there if it was already to go. The gal at the front was surprised that I was there for a pick up, and I started to notice she kept being surprised at other people coming in for their orders placed online as well. She asked me if I would change my order to original recipe instead of extra crispy, because it was going to be about 14 minutes before it would be ready, if not. I told her I would wait. She seemed put out over it. In the end, I waited 30 minutes. I will not be placing an order online at KFC again.
