Food I had there was brought in so no rating there. Went to a private party. Service staff was excellent. Out of 4 pinball machines 1 actually worked. Also at least 2 other machines not working 6 out of about 20 machines means 25% of main attraction not working. But still had a good time.

Drinks are a decent price, and the bartenders were prompt and helpful.. Unfortunately most of the games are in disrepair and have buttons or joystick that don't work. Kind of defeats the point of an arcade- its like going bowling and the machine only stands up 7 pins every time.

Atmosphere is really amazing, a lot of classic arcade games paired with some good drinks. A few games were down but definitely not enough that everyone there couldn't be exciting themselves. The staff was really friendly and even explained some of the drinks to us.

Showed up around 9:30 pm on a Wednesday and apparently they were already closed even though their hours say they’re open until 11 because it had been slow all night. I’ve been to many bars that stay open until they close even though I’m the only person in there so I was very dissatisfied.

Closed an hour and a half earlier than advertised. Reason being that it had been dead all night even though there were people in there playing games and at the bar when I came in…guess that bartender doesn’t like money?‍♀️

I love this place. It’s the only bar I go to, their selection is a little limited compared to other places imo but the bartenders are super nice and the drinks are very tasty. The bartenders tend to recognize you they’re very personable. Decent selection of games too!. I wish they served food, but at least porters is downstairs. The prices for the games are pretty reasonable, most games are 1 token but a couple are 2 or 3. Great bar

The game that we were most excited about playing was out of order and multiple machines ate our tokens. Service was good, and we had Porters at the end of the night, so location is great. Probably will not be returning any time soon.

Cheap as far as games go.... Expensive for drinks but a fun time! Clean bathrooms are a plus

This place is so much fun! So many classic old arcade games, pinball, and skiball. Add to that, the drinks are good, and the staff have always been friendly, and hospitable. I've spent many fun evenings with old friends here, and even made a few new ones!

Cool setting. second story of bbq spot. Drinks were good, affordable. Games are a bit outdated. Chill atmosphere. Come see me in street fighter.

As vintage as our classic arcade games, PowerUp seems to also want to stay dated. Located near some swanky places and a stones throw from the mall, I'm disappointed to say my experiences in the place for the past ~2 years have been mediocre. There are consistently several machines down (I'd say roughly 20%-25%) and they stay down even after a 60 day check in. The games that do work have a faulty trigger, or loose/unresponsive joystick, or will eat a couple of your coins before letting you play. The only consistently working game is ski ball. Speaking of consistent, their drink menu features the routine cocktails which only been renamed with game references. The bartenders are nice and attentive though. In this area there's so much potential for this place to be a staple in the community, but it doesn't want to evolve, hell it doesn't even want to maintain itself. It's sad to see this barcade called PowerUp, because if you visit you will gain no Experience Points.

Used to love this place. Can hardly find anywhere that has the old games anymore. But the fact that they now only allow 21 and up is BULL****. My husband and were so excited about taking our son and they wouldn't let us in. That's pathetic.
