Literally has screwed up so many orders it's not funny. The last time they told us to pull off to to the side. When the girl brought Mr my food I asked her where the McFlurries I ordered were and she just ignored me and walked off. I'd say they have about a 50% success rate on getting your order right. Will not ever go there again.
So last night one 1/11/24 I ordered a double quarter pounder cheese and ketchup and had Uber deliver it below. I will attach the pictures of what I was delivered when I got this I called the Uber driver back He said he was gonna come back while I was waiting for him. I called the restaurant. A male answered the phone stating he was the shift manager in charge which this morning 1/12/24 I have found out from the actual store manager that he had no mail managers on duty last night, and proceeded to question me three times over if I was calling the correct store When in fact, I stated twice before, which store I was doing with I also mentioned that I had call log, Needless to say, the manager this morning, did nothing about it So I ended up calling corporate office and telling them I did tell them I could provide the pictures as well. This has been a consistent. Last Friday I pulled in there, ordered the same thing double quarter pounder cheese, and catchup only large size And had I not looked at my receipt it would’ve been wrong. Look at the pictures below. By the way, the Uber Driver never showed back up and this never got resolved. This particular location is extremely bad.

I ordered a double quarter pounder cheese and ketchup only and I had Uber deliver it if I can add pictures I will called the restaurant back last night stating it was wrong and asked if they could make sure it got right the “manager” told me good luck with that and hung up I can’t attach images, but I got two patties with melted cheese. Lettuce scattered everywhere mayonnaise all over the place it looked like somebody’s leftovers. I wasn’t pleased.

If I order a 10 pc chicken nugget I get 2 sauces. If I order a 20 pc I get 3 sauces. I asked for a fourth. Would have to pay for the 4th. Makes no sense. Manager unwilling to give a 4th. She said it's just $.11. Well that $.11 since is the cost of a customer. Done with this place. Will go to Bruchi's accross the street. They have good food, good service and you get ample sauce. Too bad this location doesn't do the customer right.

Well new crew new problems, no ketchup little cups and wow on watering the ketchup. No salt zero on fries, was ignored then went up showed my five stars review from two years ago. Was told there is salt on them all the time. Mind you folks I took the entire full fry for her to see. Lol save your money folks, there is 0 zero customer service zero
