Quality has gone down and so has service

Yummy pho and dishes are great sizes. And usually not too hard to find a table. Employees are nice and helpful when looking for descriptions on certain dishes.

Went in to get takeout. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my food. Was not impressed. I asked the lady if she could find out how long until it would be ready and it took her almost 5 minutes to give me an answer. I got home and ate and was not impressed.. all in all I was not impressed at all. The beef and chicken pho was not bad but I've had better.

Great portions, friendly service, and good food! My husband had the pho, extra large and no regrets! Delicious!

Is this vietnamese restaurant good?

Best pho in the tri-cities. Always yummy. Service seems to have improved too, there’s a new woman working there who is very nice and friendly. I dine in and take-out here and both are great.Vegetarian options: I get the veggie and tofu pho because I love it, not because I’m vegetarian. I think it still comes with chicken broth, so if you’re a vegetarian, I suggest asking before ordering.

The food is good, but they are not organized or fast, and the portions are so small. They don't know up from and down, and it takes at least 45mins to get your food. It doesn't matter if it's pho or fried rice.

Was expecting more for the rating honestly. Got combination pho since it was my first time there, was more like "roundsteak and meatball" pho, didn't have any of the weird stuff that I love but maybe that's what is meant by "Lao style". Not sure.

All the food was really good. I would just save your money on bubble drinks. Definitely not fresh fruit and for $7 that's a rip.

This cozy pho restaurant always exceeds all my expectations and left me craving for more. The star of the show, of course, was the pho. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The tender slices of chicken melted in my mouth, and the noodles had just the right amount of chewiness. Every spoonful was a burst of authentic Vietnamese flavors that transported me to the streets of Hanoi. The vegetables were crisp and vibrant, adding a refreshing element to the dish. The service was prompt and friendly. In addition to the pho, the menu offered a variety of other Vietnamese dishes that are equally impressive. The spring rolls were crispy and packed with a delightful combination of flavors.Overall, Pho Lao Laan Xang is a must-visit for pho enthusiasts and lovers of Vietnamese cuisine. With its authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and attentive service, it has undoubtedly earned its place as a top-notch pho restaurant. Prepare to indulge in a pho-nomenal experience that will leave you wanting to come back for more.

We love this place! My wife and I come here regularly, and the kids ask for us to take them with us. The fried egg rolls and pot stickers are great, and beef brisket pho is very tasty too. We try something new each time we visit and are never disappointed. We also love how calm and quiet it is, we relax and and enjoy ourselves and it makes for a great experience with great flavors. If I had to eat at only 3 restaurants in town from now on, this would be one of them.
