My order was not complete, missing items. I called an spoke with a manager and she was extremely rude. I was asking for her name and she refused to give it to me, she was not taking anything I was saying into consideration. I gave her respect as I was talking to her and she attempted to talk over me. Just a very uncomfortable experience I had going through that. Ive had it with this pizza hut location. Very unprofessional staff.

Apparently you can not order two pizzas with the same toppings, even if one is crusty and the other one hand tossed, because that only counts like one, and that is why they canceled the second one, and there is nothing they can do about.

I ordered via the app for carry out service. On the app, we redeemed points to use on something as simple as breadsticks. My family came in to redeem points.We spent money to earn these points. Yet the so-called manager refused to give us what we ordered and paid for with these points, and just blew us off. The points were taken from the account, and now we are short, the rewards points we were told we could use. Terrible service and awful management. The "manager" could care less about giving great service which is unfortunate...I operate a Restaurant and I know how important it is to make situations right whenever possible. This manager should not be in any type of leader ship position. We have been ordering from this location for years, but unfortunately will not be returning to spend our money in this business. Every aspect of this establishment needs to step its game up.

This is the 2nd time I've had problems with the store with my pizza. Either is incorrectly ordered done wrong. It's raw. I went in yesterday to get my pizza and it smelled like a sewage plant inside there and I don't understand that it smells really bad I made. A comment to the employee and no response from the employee on how it smelled in there

Mushy pizza with very hard spots. The bottom left piece chipped my tooth. Now I have to go to the dentist and have it rounded out. This is supposed to be a Big New Yorker. I texted a friend who currently works at A Pizza Hut in Oregon. After seeing the picture she believes the dough was kept one to two days past expiration. Having rolled dough for pizza places as a high schooler, I believe she does sound correct. Toppings were fine, as that's mainly what we ate (didn't have time to go back, leaving town). Prime example of what can go wrong when you're saving the pre-frozen dough for too long. Edit: I forgot to mention there is a long running issue with this location when it comes to food quality but typically prior to this purchase it was only due to extremely excessive delivery times. Usually every time I pick up from this location it's fine (Not great, but fine) . It appears management is deciding to not throw out bad dough.

I paid $20 to have a Big New Yorker pizza delivered to my home. It was delivered quickly but the driver handed me the box and immediately walked away and when I got inside and opened it, half of the pizza was separated and folded over on itself as though it had been dropped at some point. The pizza itself tasted fine however the crust was extremely dry to the point of being kind of hard and somewhat crunchy. Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorites but my last few experiences have fallen short of reasonable expectations.
