Ordered for a big event and they delivered 28 pizzas to the wrong place, even though the address and instructions specified where to go. The delivery that I ordered on Thursday for Saturday with a specific time, arrived 45 minutes late. So embarrassing. The delivery driver didn’t even call the number listed and still had the audacity to ask for a tip at the end. Pizza was cold and also was underdone. Not gonna choose them ever again.

I previously gave a 5 star rating however the last couple times I have been there, the "manager" was quite rude and not accommodating. I simply ordered plain cheese pizza with the sauce on the side instead of on the pizza and they told me it was an extra charge for the sauce. While its not a large expense, it doesn't seem right to be charged extra. I am no longer a customer of this Pizza Hut.

Came on a Friday night, about half the tables were occupied, and only two waitstaff; waited for about fifteen minutes to be seated, we were completely ignored while one staff-member prepared receipts for take-out orders, and the other disappeared. We left without an acknowledgement of our presence or apology as we walked out the door.

Stuffed crust Pizza was piping hot and the breadsticks were hot and crispy. Staff was very busy expediting deliverys so our table didn't get any refills on thier drinks. Delicious!

My google Profile may confuse you but I am a local and I went in and did not get service for about 20 minutes at around 8:30pm. I can be very forgiving about that if there are a good amount of people but there was only one other group than mine and I saw staff in the back talking. The waiter that finally approached us had the most rank smell I've ever smelled. Like he never once had a shower. They told us that they were out of breadsticks and stuffed crust and when we asked to sub it for a few more wings on the side we were denied. My group ended up paying $60 for 2 large pizzas and four drinks. I will not be going back there.

I order a delivery pizza and got the original pan stuffed crust, this is the thinnest crust with no taste, the edges were not cooked the cheese in the crust tasted like gritty powder and for $30 dollars you would think your getting hubby's pizza !!! Oh well live and learn never again.
Placed the order never received the pizza. So my husband called while I put the baby down for bed. They told my husband they didn’t have the order then the manager said they had an old number on file and then charged my husband more than the price we originally paid … we ended up calling back and canceling it because I looked on my account and they did have my correct number but never called and then tried to charge us more .

My family and I ate here for my Birthday today, there were no other tables and 3 people working on shift, the waitress asked if we wanted a booster seat, we said yes but she never brought it, which was fine I just went and got it, but the rest of the time they never checked on our table other then when they took our order so I had to get the booster seat, as well as keep walking up with my family's cups asking for refills 5 different times, then when we were done I had to go ask for a to go box as well as our bill. I would completely understand if they were swamped, but we were the only table there. If you want pizza hut I would suggest going to another store where they will give you actual service.

I’ve gotten the wrong topping 2 times in a row. Got hung up on twice when trying to make it right. Then they tried to send me half my order and tried to get a second payment. When we got the full order at the end, it was delicious, but so many issues in between

Charged $25 for one medium supreme pan pizza. Menu price is $12. Horrible service, the store smelled of BO and old food filth, and then I was overcharged. Nope never returning. If I could give a zero score I would.
