Wasn't thrilled with my last outing here. Floors were sticky and had a pool of oil and liquid under the table, service staff were disorganized and flustered. Didn't seem to be particularly busy, but left something to be desired. Hopefully they can step things up.

Seems like the economy and shrinkflation have changed the Red Robin experience. Portions are smaller and quality has taken a serious hit.Our dates won't be here any longer, after 30 years of being a customer.

They don’t pay any attention to detail. 3 of us asked for items to be removed/added and they didn’t do any. Slow service. If you want a burger go to Wendy’s it’ll be cheaper.

Waitress was incredibly flustered, and rude from the moment she got to our table. She started taking one of our orders, and stormed off twice in the middle of it obviously irritated at something. She did not tell any of us about what was going on or that she’d be right back, just nothing and walked off. She checked in on us only once during the whole visit. Which was only after I had already gotten up and waited at the counter requesting the things I needed. Which I only needed a knife, mustard, and napkins. So basically after I served myself and her job was done for her and only then did she ask if we needed anything. Even stranger she was super friendly and nice to all the guests and tables around us. Super disappointing, really not the vibe for what was supposed to be a nice family lunch.Kid-friendliness: Seems like all kids are welcome, there were at least 2 babies screaming their heads off while we were there. So if you can’t get out with your babies this may be the place for you.Also kids menu is decent and not ridiculously priced.

Fun. Loud. Great for big groups. Hard for people with hearing aids. We just played musical chairs to get to talk to everyone.

I am absolutely shocked by the dirtiness and lack of service here. I give them 6 more months in business. Also the girl that gets aggressive in your face should be fired immediately.

You should probably train your servers not to get into the customers face and tell them NO aggressively when they ask for something as if they’re going to fight them. Only to look confused and have the server say “just kidding” with zero smile.It isn’t cute, it isn’t funny. Very threatening and uncomfortable. Also the portions are so small now.

Ventured into #RedRobin for a #burger, but it felt more like a wild safari! We waited so long to order, I thought we'd have to send out a search party. The menus became permanent table decor, and my personal waterfall feature (courtesy of a friend's ice mishap) kept my feet refreshingly soaked. Our server’s helper moonlighted as a stand-up agressive in your FACE comic with a unique 'no-smile' delivery, and the grand finale? A self-service checkout! Left a $2 tip for the 'DIY dining experience.' Red Robin: where you're not just a guest, you're the waitstaff too!

Traveled an hour tonight to eat here wasted my gas to find out they're closing 2½ hours early. And sorry for any inconvenience. This isn't acceptable & gas prices are really high.

The last 3 times coming the wait lines have been so long we leave and go somewhere else. I remember it being good though when we've been there 2014-2019. Freckled lemonade and teriyaki burger with seasoned fries was a main go to.
