I came in for a drink and the barista that was working in there gave me my drinks with no stoppers. I ask her for stoper and she threw them at me and one fell to the floor. She grabbed another one and she threw it again . Definitely never going back.. HORRIBLE

Their management team starting from the top to the bottom assistant manager sucks. They are a joke. Second hand embarrassment for them. Surprised they are still open. They don’t know how to take care of their employees.

I had to walk up to this place. The main entrance is not apparent. While waiting near a window to place an order, I see an employee rudely wave me over to the other side of the building. Then, while placing my order to the other woman, she puts her finger up at me, and waited on a car that arrived after I was already placing an order. The experience was so bad I had never experienced customer service so unprofessional in my entire life. The coffee was as gross as their behavior.
I ordered a London Fog with oat milk and it was NOT good. You need to let the tea steep for a lot longer before mixing in the milk (I couldn't taste the Earl Grey AT ALL). Plus, I didn't taste any vanilla or sweetener. They have a lot of other great drinks (The Rocket), but London Fog? I do NOT recommend from them.

I just went through the drive thru at this stand and definitely the espressos were burnt or the shots were way over pulled…the drinks taste burnt and definitely undrinkable. And now, I’m out $15 after giving a 2$ tip! ?

Ive been a customer these past 2 months and I was there on tuesday and was told my next drink was free based on their points. I came back this morning which is friday and had to pay for my drink. They told me I was there again on wednesday 2 days ago, which I was not. The guy at the window saids maybe a customer used your phone number and got your free drink! I said I have a los angles phone number, so u think some random customer could guess my phone number and know I have a free drink on my next visit? So we just blankly stared at each other, I paid and drove away then took a sip of my drink and they forgot my expresso shot I paid extra for LOL.
