hate everyone there apart from Shane, he is a hard worker seems to love his job and he is very quick and kind when helping customers. he is fast friendly and highly uplifting everyone else seems to give disrespectful remarks to customers. should the manger be reading this I highly encourage you to give this man a raise!

My first Subway experience. It was suspect. Reason being they have a "shield" covering the meats. A shield so we cannot see the meats. WHY? I may have not eaten at Subway but my husband loves it so I have been into many of their restaurants in our home state as well as other states while visiting. Never have I seen the meat selection area hidden which makes me not trust this place. I skipped trying a sandwich. So I ordered a pretzel. It was horrendously dry as dirt. Tasted burnt while it didn't look burnt. And as hard as a rock. Tasteless. Literally just gave this Subway free money since the pretzel had to be trashed. But the place "looked" clean. Although I did not sit down or look around. There was only one employee so there was a long wait as she was doing everything herself. She was friendly even tho surely feeling rushed. I didn't mind the long wait after being greeted with a sweet smile but I do mind the "shield!". I do mind the awful pretzel.

I was very impressed tonight. We brought in a good sized group of teens traveling to a choir concert and there was only 1 worker. He did a great job, kept his cool got orders made and was kind. Another worker stopped by to deliver money and saw the line and without missing a beat jumped in to help. She too was kind and bantered with the teens. Thank you for your kindness and service.

Only one staff on during lunch on a Sunday. Staff on was rude and said online orders are more important and take priority. Maybe should not do online with only 1 incompetent staff member on. It literally would have taken the clueless worker 5 minutes to make the one sandwich. Will never waste my time on Subway again. Firehouse subs is far superior with much friendly staff.

GROSSSSSSunfortunately I didn't notice until the end. The guy who made our food gloves looked like he had been wearing them for a week. Every single visibly dirty fingernail was showing due to the him wearing the gloves so long the tops of every single finger was ripped. Not only was he deep dipping his fingers in all the food toppings but he didn't even try to swat away the 100s and 100s of gnats swarming the food. (Or they were attracted to his dirty smelly fingers!) Also, the new ads promote them slicing in front of you. Nope not here. The cold cuts weren't even kinda fresh. We came home and threw our sandwiches away. I'm SO pissed.

Made three separate online orders last night and the last two were footlong Subs were completely wrong and mixed up. It's an online order, all of the instructions are written down step by step. Kind of hard to mess that one up but they still did. Gate was most of the way closed when we picked our stuff up at 6:30 even though the sign says open till 8:00 p.m.

All I can surmise from the Quillan store is their management and/or owner is not very invested. They have street signs that say Drive Thru Open and it is simply not true. To make matters worse, half the time no one gets on the speaker to tell you they're not taking drive thru order. The other half they might after about 15 min or so.Yet they refuse to remove the Drive Thru Open verbiage from their large street sign and I'm talking well over 6 months, so they clearly know they are lying.Anyway, staff is nice and store is very clean. Food is good. They have no problem misrepresenting themselves though and then lying about it. Worst managed store in Kennewick except for maybe the one on Clearwater by Columbia Center Blvd.Best Subway in Kennewick - easily the one on Kennewick Ave next to Little Caesar's Pizza.
Couldn't even bother to try to get online order correct. Was supposed to be ready at 6:30. Went in at 7 and order hadn't even been started. Waiting there and he got the order completely wrong. Of course you don't find that out untill after you get home. This is getting ridiculous Subway, do better!

Tuna sandwich was perfect made by a very a very friendly employee! Veggies were very fresh! I ate it here at the store which was very clean. talked to the manager Crystal who was very friendly and asked how my food was! Taking an extra one home for my husband!!

Woman was rude and made me feel rushed. She rolled her eyes when i asked for more pepper's then dropped 2 more on and said anything else snappish at me. After i asked for more mayo she quickly wrapped the sandwich before i was finished and pretended not to hear me when i said i wasn't done. She spoke down to the other employee when the other employee tried to point out i said i wasn't done she said the girl is done go get the peppers done. Woman's name is Krystal.
