Worst Taco bell in the tri-cities.You get profiled just to pee, their app messed up and they cost us 33% more by refusing to make their app exclusive meal for less food (despite spending 30 minutes to try and place my order) and every table was filthy, and each time I went here I had a issue.

These guys fed me poisonous food and i deff got sick from it and when i came into the store for my refund the made me fill out paper work and rudely argued with me over the phone. Shame on this Taco Bell!

Taco bell 395 has their stuff together. Great food. Great service in the drive through. Ordered on the app and they got every detail correct. Wow. Good job to you and the crew!
Always use drive-thru and for the most part they're pretty on top of thier game as far as wait times. Never had a bad customer service experience either so that's a plus.

I was ignored multiple times, even by management, and felt like an inconvenience for asking politely to receive a drink I paid for. This isn't the first time I've come here while traveling with the same experience, but I don't think I'll be coming back.
