I went there and ordered 2 large, iced coffees. First, it took way too long and the girls were having their own conversation the entire time they were making my coffees. Then she hands me 2 32oz, which I understand I said large but it would’ve been courteous to ask if I meant 32 or 24 oz. THEN they didn’t even label the drinks so when I asked which was which she was really confused and seemed like she guessed which one was which. It didn’t matter because they both tasted awful. To top it all off, she filled one to the brim of the lid, so before I even put the straw in the coffee was leaking and spilling out the top. Now my car has coffee all over the center console, I’m stuck with two 32oz coffees that are gross and wasted $15.

I always drive by this coffee shop , the day I decided to try it , the girl that was there straight up mad dogged me, short straight orange hair, didn't smile or anything , just kept looking at me with an attitude. This little coffee drive-through has (in my humble opinion) the most excellent cold brew in the Tri-Cities. Though a bit spendy, I really have no objections to this cleverly named coffee shop. With neighborly employees, a lovely cafe, and delicious drinks (which are always served with a chocolate covered coffee bean on the top!! ), this is one of my favorite destinations for my caffeine craving.

There was miscommunication between myself and the barista about the BOGO iced teas. My mom and I intended to each get two teas with the BOGO deal but, due to the miscommunication, we only got a tea each and used the BOGO once.The tea wasn’t very good for the price either. I thoroughly enjoy coming to Human Bean, this was just a bad experience overall. I will come back because I love the coffee.

Have mercy on my soul! Easily one of my favorite coffee spots. Nice service and real tasting smoothies! I recommend strawberry... They always put delicious little coffee beans on your drink! So so so gooooooodddddddd!! It's also by a little mexican meat market (which we go to a lot for our meat) so yeah! Great spot for coffee.
