Drove around for 10 min looking for parking to pick up an online order. No luck so I called and the guy that answered the phone confirmed he had my order, but didn’t offer a resolution (run it outside to my car?). I finally found parking and went in and waited 5 min for anybody to acknowledge me. They didn’t. I saw my food and took it. Still not a glance. Haven’t tried the food but customer service lacks and I won’t be back.

Consistently good food. I eat here for lunch from time to time, and it's good enough that I keep coming back.The food is consistently tasty, the establishment is clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It's also reasonably priced. There's always lots of parking at Kent Station, so it's a convenient place for a good lunch on a weekday.

Told manager the salad was missing the jicama, the salad named jicama slaw, and he said it had it, it was so little but it had it. I moved it around with my fork to show him it was nowhere to be found and he said it's like that. Makes sense now that on a Saturday night there was hardly anyone there. He lied to my face, I've ordered that countless times. I know what hicama taste and looks like. But never asked to fix it to replace it, and was happy to take my payment either way. Sad to see such a good place going down hill in customer service. To straight up lie to my face and watch me show him that he was wrong and walk away like he didn't care.

I order alot from this place and mainly arroz con pollo.I was eating, while chewing my food I felt something sharp then stuck me, I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager which only said I'm so sorry are you kidding me. I am concerned of what that was. I dont care about refund or whatever I care about my health. That was nasty.

I sadly have to give this place a 1 star as this was some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had.The Diablo chicken wings was priced at 15 dollars and they gave you about 6-8 pieces depending on the size of the wings, but the sauce that they have on it does not taste good at all, and the meat on the bone was good respective to the wing size, but that sauce on top was really bad and left a bad taste in your mouth.The chicken quesadilla was another dish that came out to us, and again it was not good at all. I chose to have beans with it and fries. Fries are crispy but bland and have no taste. Beans were okay I'd give it a 3/5. Yet the chicken quesadilla itself was pretty bad as the meat on it was super bland and felt like the shredded chicken was super chewy and I had to spit it out after a couple of bites. The quesdilla is was very thick as I also prefer a thinner lighter one as well. It came with quac and that saved my taste buds as I had to change the flavor in it right away.I don't recommend going here, plenty of other food options near this area to be going here.Food was pricy as well 2 people walked out with a 71 dollar tab with no tip.Service was alright nothing to ride home about
