Chuck E. Cheese is a bit weird, and the staff do what they can, but peoples’ kids are unhinged. Generally everyone was nice, but this place just brings out some crazy kid and parent behavior. I don’t think I would ever consider anything but unlimited play as some games are not worth it or are broken. Most games work great, though. I’d say given a chance if you want to pay the price for it and spend the time you need to in order to make it worth jt.

I want to leave a review because we come here often, and although the place is a little dingy….the Chuck E. Cheese is so sweet when they come out to meet the kids. We also had amazing service from Zoey! Zoey you were so kind and sweet and helpful with downloading the app and earning points, thanks for your amazing customer service! We didn’t get food this time but it’s pretty decent, I’d compare it similar to little Cesar’s. It’s not the best but it’s okay for birthday parties and what not.

A lot of arcade games and some rides for young ones. Not much play area or games for 3yrs old under. The food was alright. When ww got our food is was a not warm. Service is good though. They follow their program on time and was patient enough when it comes to teenagers and kids selecting prices using play card points.

No hard boiled eggs at the salad bar for $11.99. 20+ as advertised but lesser. Noticed gloves are not worn when refilling the salad bar. Bread sticks was soggy and oily.

The food was cheap quality, overly priced and limited selection. Though the employees were nice, I found it difficult to work with the cashier. I had multiple questions and her answers weren't very clear. But it is a fun place for kids, just expensive.Kid-friendliness: Tons of games for kids to enjoy.

Well what can I start off by saying., I take my kids here I would say often but up until this time this Manager Kahlil. First time walked up to the counter had me waiting over 15 minutes in line just to ask about our order because he was chatting over a personal issue with his worker….like … then when I finally had the chance he couldn’t even tell me what was on the damn combo like I worked there and knew on the top of my head .. then after getting our drinks I went back after another 30 minutes once again and had the audacity to shove my hot pizza in my face when he couldn’t ask me the first time for the number and made me grab it as we’ve been waiting over an hour and let alone didn’t even bother to have manners then said “there you go” and didn’t even bother to ask if we needed other things like it wasn’t already common sense as is.I had to rush the pizza back to our table because my hand freakin burned !The type of service is clearly lacking. Luckily 1 manager stepped in and said she was the only female and her name was Heather I believe and was a very nice lady and actually apologized whereas we didn’t get nothing from this fool.

Animatronic needs some cleaning. Face has dust and gross muck all over him, and fur has some needs of stitching and cleaning. Other wise he's all good. I go there every few days to pet him, clean his face off with my hand since i have nothing else, and overall just hang out with Charles.
