Service was very slow even though there wasn't a line. We ordered cones and sundaes, which tasted fine, but the presentation was sloppy and the sundae toppings were skimpy. Our sullen server handed us our ice cream without a word or a smile. This same server had thrown a napkin towards a garbage can behind the counter and when she missed, she left the napkin on the floor. I looked at the floor behind the counter and it was filthy, with French fries, trash and other food all over. Another server wiped his nose on his sleeve. The customer area floor was sticky. I don't plan to return.

The Food is delicious and the DQ team is quick and accurate. I especially recommend trying the peach cobbler blizzard, its fantastic!
We had been waiting awhile. I had to ask how much longer for our order? I saw the person walk over and grab a bag with our order inside it. She said "sorry about the wait"

For weeks I have been trying to get a chocolate cone from this Dairy Queen, having made multiple stops. Each time I have been told they were out of chocolate. Finally, tonight I've been told the chocolate Machine is broken, has been for weeks, and it is unknown when it will get fixed. Come on, get your equipment fixed!!

I generally expect a little bit of melting when ordering a blizzard from door dash but having the thing show up so melted it is DRINKABLE seems almost impossible. Dining in here has never been a problem for me so I'm kinda surprised by the quality issues tonight.

Would be really curious to know if management approves of the fact that they stop serving customers before 10 PM I sat in line for 10 minutes and I’m getting nothing but I still have to sit in line because they decided to stop serving customers before closing time
this is the 2nd time I’ve done to this location around this time 9:22 PM and they are closed. The google time says they close at 10 so I’m not sure why they are closed at 9:25 PM
