My husband and I loved the food here, she brought it out so quickly. The pho was hot and there also was a lot too. The broth was so flavorful, we didn’t even need to put hoisin or siracha. The fried crispy shrimp was sooooo good! This is my second time here and we will definitely be back! My husbands first time here & he loves it!

The rare beef with oxtail was disgusting. I really should have walked out when I got there. The broth of course was filled up to the brim of the bowl, but The way they had the food in there, it could barely be stirred.. The noodles were in a club and took a couple minutes to unclump Because the broth was lukewarm.The rare beef was clump together. It was not evenly cooked for the same reason. The oxtail was chewy and on 1 had no meat, tasted old and will not be giving this place another chance. I will say the older woman was very sweet.But it doesn't make up for the quality of the food. I ended up leaving my whole bull there after taking just a couple bites, And paying $20. The empty place should've told me everything but I'm hard headed

We stopped and ate here while visiting the city of Kent Washington for my daughter's competition tournament. Their food was so delicious. Fast and friendly service. They attended my family with great respect and keept the water coming. I will visit when in town again.

Perfect Pho! I ordered a Large bowl with everything at Take Out. I order a bowl of Pho expecting to cook it at home because with rare meats you may have to cook it. This place is the truth and the only other place that is this good is Pho Bac in Seattle. This place is the truth they don't lie. Pho Bac in Seattle is #1 which makes Hot pho #1. They gave it too me exactly as I would expect it. Not over cooked or tending to my needs. They assumed me to not be able to cook the meats during take out. How are you going to cook rare meats and deliver? (I only eat at Pho Bac) PERIOD. (Hot pho they did everything right and blew my mind ....they are that good .... she said can you pay now .... and then gave me candy.)(that is how you know ....) they expect rare meats to be deliver cooked and settled.
Terrible Hot Pho is an establishment that I cannot recommend. The owner's rudeness and aggression made for an uncomfortable dining experience. On top of that, the unsanitary conditions were evident as I observed cockroaches crawling out from the kitchen area. This place falls far short of basic hygiene standards, and I would caution anyone against dining here. Reviewing as five stars so this reaches the top!

Good food. But 8 bucks for two spring rolls. 14 for a small bowl of pho. These are downtown Seattle prices in an out of the way Kent strip mall. Felt a bit ripped off... will try a different place next time.
