I don't like having to stand outside on the cold or on a rainy day waiting to get my food you can't sit either so if you have problems with not being able to rest you need to go thru the drive thru then. You need to ring the buzzer to get service.Parking: There's not a whole lot of parking. it's a small lot, but it's enough. I've never had issues finding a spot to park. I went there to grab some take out and it took awhile to get served it took awhile to get my food and wasn't able to sit down for a min it was cold out and you cant use the bathrooms. So that's my issues with this location.
They say their drive thru is open 24 hours, they turned us away at 4am saying their system is resetting. Don't advertise that you are 24 hours of you are not. It wastes people time.

Awful service with 30 minute wait times through drive through, bacon is hard as a rock not edible at all, and their hot plate is, is a small 10 inch by 10 inch sheet, my food was ice cold the second the handed it to me. Was then begged by a homeless person on the way out which happens everytime I'm there.Stay far away from this location, you'll waste your money and time

first time trying jack in the box.sat in the drive through for 25 minutes just to get my order after placing it. the wrap was not a wrap. it was just a tortilla covered in sauce with chicken on top in the wrapper. it was cold. half of my fries were brown and soggy.complete waste of time and money. go to the mcdonalds up the street, it's way better and a small fry doesn't cost 4 bucks up there.

Always check your order here!!! Even if you gotta make the customers behind you wait… Nothing like ordering at 3:30am and NOT GETTING ALL YOUR FOOD! I ordered the sourdough Jack meal with curly fries,a sourdough Jack sandwich and side of v onion rings and 2 tacos… of COURSE I got home and the curly fries were MISSING. Why would I expect all my items that I paid for? Smh. The expectation is to receive All your food but of course, you gotta check. Say in the line for 15-20 minutes because it was new years at 3:30am, they couldn’t make sure they put all the food in the bag that HAD TO BE COOKED TO ORDER ONLY AT THIS TIME OF THE MORNING. Smh! The area isn’t the best, it’s easy to find!

Jack in the box is always a great place to go for easy and somewhat cheap but good quality food.
Always a good late night drive through experience, even on clearly tough nights. The folks working at 3-5am need a ten dollar raise.

They stop serving walk ups early so if you don't have a vehicle and are hungry after 10 30 ish you will not be served at the walk up window and they will not let you walk through the drive through either!!!! Some people have been nice enough to order my food for me when they go through the drive through but it's rare because most people just ignore you or say no. That's really the reason I dislike this JACK IN THE CRACK ?
