Probably one of the worst jack in the boxes I’ve ever experienced. A call that would have been ended in 30 seconds went on for OVER 30 minutes. They refuse to acknowledge my call for that long. Has my order following suit came with a snot Lougee in the middle of the burger.Why, they harassed me in such a way, when I had not ever raised my voice with them or four of them, or degraded them for anything.

This is now the 3rd time they havent been able to get an order correct. I've either had the burger be a completely different burger then what I ordered, as well as every single time, be it Doordarshan or drive-thru, I've ordered specifically plain tiny tacos, and gotten tacos drenched in lettuce and sauce and completely soggy.This used to be my got to spot. But ever since they completely destroyed the munchie meal, and can't seem to even get an order correct 3 times in a row, I will never be coming to this jack in the box again. Tacobell across the street is significantly more consistent and that's sad.

Can’t say this is the best fast food experience I’ve had. The food granted did come out quickly, but here were some key things I noticed. Once my french fries were pulled out of the fryer, the server seasoned them as per usual, and then poured them into the fry container during which the fries started to fall out, and she used her bare hand to push them back into my container. Besides that I had asked to use the restroom and once I returned, the server was on their phone again with their bare hands, and didn’t notice my presence until about five to 10 minutes later. The worst part was I had photographed this without realizing my volume was on high causing the camera noise. But get this, SHE STILL HAD NO IDEA. I use to work in the fast food industry and employees could receive an immediate write up or even be let go due to the safety standards and customer expectation. This is pretty unacceptable behavior and has me feeling weary about my next jack in the box visit.Parking: Lots of open parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

Needed to use restroom so instead of going drive through I went inside and was told the manager said nobody is allowed to use them. A paying customer should be allowed to use them.

I love their three piece egg rolls and a breakfast jack. But what I don't like is every time I have tried to order a milk shake I always get either they are cleaning the machine or it is out of order. Off but for that they would get 4 or 5

Everything is good about this place but the food, I have went to this place at least twice in one day. My first visit was good, great customer service no issues at all. But the last visit was bad, the fries were burned and hard. I had to throw most of my fries away.

The food is always good at every location. The drive-thru service at this location, however, was horrible. I pre-ordered in the app to move through faster but it took more then 20 minutes for two cars ahead of me to get their orders. Finally at the window I was met with looks of confusion when I said that I ordered online like I had already told them at the order screen. After a minute or two I was asked to pull around, park and come inside. Experience went from bad to worse at that point only to get 10 times worse when I go inside where they grabbed my order off the counter, where it had been sitting since before I even made it to the drive-thru, and handed it to me. It was 2 jumbo jacks for Christ's sake. Just hand it to me out the window.

Ok where to begin..The soda machine is out of most drinks I asked for a sprite no ice it came out Pink I asked the manager for lettuce tomato and onions on my #11 meal and those were charged and is fine last time I worked on a jack in the box those were complementary and she totally ignored me when I asked for ranch so she would charge me that and when I was trying to get one more she disregard me as the only costumer in the building the only reason am eating here 8s cause is Christmas and everything else is close but never coming back here ever

Terrible service. Severs are rude and I was told that I can not have my item sorry because the grill was broken. When I ask for a replacement I was told to call customer service.

Store was cold. Used restroom before eating, only cold water, no paper towels, cold air hand dryer. No napkins or paper towels in store. Waited 5 minutes for a stack of napkins when there were no other customers. I asked 4 times. Employee seemed worth replacing.Food was good. It's a Jack.
