Good food is not really good service. I don't like their multitasking. Halfway through taking our order, he was taking orders in the drive-through. It's not the cleanest, but ok, and I dont like how u have to ask for a key to use the bathroom, it ok but I think people deserve better

Soda machine, which is supposed to have all sorts of combinations, was out of most everything, rendering it mostly useless. The 2 buttery Jacks had no garlic butter sauce and my burger was music the bacon. Fry containers weren't even full. All in all not a great experience. I will give them one more chance in a couple weeks to see if it was just an bad week for them.

Out of all the things you could be cheap about you choose taco sauce? The tacos are dry and disgusting without sause, I’ve repeatedly asked for extra taco sauce in my tacos because this specific location puts almost none on theirs. They then make you pay for the taco sauce packets. I know they come with more in them normally since at every other location I don’t have to ask for more it’s just perfectly fine as it comes. What a strange hill for your business to die on.

Dude used his bare hands that werent clean to get all the fries in the container. Disgusting and unsanitary. Didn’t eat them and wasted money. This is inexcusable for someone with a food permit.

I sent an order for pickup via Uber eats. Go to the drive thru, (after hours for walk in) no answer at the menu screen. Drive up behind one car in the drive through. After a few minutes, they get their order and leave. I drive up and wait, wait and wait some more.I watched one employee flat out ignore my presence in the drive through for 15 minutes. She was busy sticking condiments and on a cell phone. Another employee walks by, looks at me and keeps walking. After being there for over 15 minutes, she comes up abruptly...CAN I HELP YOU?! Yes, I have an Uber order to pickup, I Gove the order number. She responds like a middle schooler..." I don't know what that is...""It is the Uber order number. " -meSO - employee"So what do you need for the order?" -me"I don't know, A Name?!"-employeeGives name.Employee brings food and I let her know thanks your super helpful. ?Food was cold, oily and bland. Do not recommend. Service was something off YouTube worst ? employees.

??? There is a very rude and unprofessional female worker in the drive through at night! I think she is Latino, but she speak English fluently. Tall and wears hat. I can't believe they let her work there! Extremely rude! She almost throws the food in to your car!No wonder wendy's next door has close to 5 stars and this jack in box stuck with 3 stars !!!!

Hands Down not the cleanest inside of a Jack in the Box in Metro Seattle. The Renton Rainer one is cleaner,however they don't let you use the restroom to wash your hands. Owner if your reading this Go check your tables. Not 1 spot to sit!
Not so friendly workers, VERY expensive food, and difficult to access...makes you wonder why you even bother ?? the guy who ordered in front of me got three meals and a sprite and his total was $65 ?

It's Jack in the Box! Food usually hits the spot if it's what you are craving. I almost always go through the drive through for tacos and curly fries. For some reason I'm one of those people that LOVES the tacos ? ?

Every time we come to this Jack in the Box, our order is wrong. We waited at least 10 minutes for our order to even be taken. As much as the food costs, we shouldn't be missing whole items from meals and being given the drink of the car behind us. And one of the times we got was a wrap which was VERY messily made and put in the bag upside down so it fell out the bag it was in. There were 4 people in there tonight and they were all gathered in the corner, talking and putting on hand lotion rather than getting any food CORRECTLY together. I do not recommend eating here as you will more than likely be highly disappointed.
