“Shouting out Hayden for his amazing attention to detail and customer service! We are regulars here, come in with my wife and daughter atleast once every week or two. Store manager is a great guy as well as his staff.We came in last night and Hayden was the main guy on the line. He made 4 online order sandwiches while also making my 3 subs and started the 2 for the gentlemen behind me. He didn’t mess anything up, he changed his gloves frequently which showed his care for food quality and cleanliness which I love to see after being in the food industry for over ten years. He communicated with us great so we knew what was going on ( they have to prioritize the online orders too ya know!!)Hayden needs a raise or to be considered for management if he isn’t already!I would ignor the negative reviews at this place, been going here for over 8 years and the new staff and management is great! Food is always fresh and great quality!“
“So I arrived to 1 employee working up front. The guy in the back didn't come to the grill for 15 minutes. This is NOT my complaint. The staff deserves to take a break and rest. It was around 4 o'clock if I remember correctly. It was the weekend. The girl up front doing sandwiches all by herself was absolutely on FIRE! She had no support but never faltered, never stopped smiling, and never quit moving. PROMOTE this girl ahead of her peers.The sandwich was fabulous as always and although tgis isn't my normal location, I know I can visit it and be taken care of like my other locations. Well worth the stop and I am glad I did.“
