The egg place next door had a gas leak and they weren't able to fulfill my on-line order. She called when they were able to get back in, gave us the sandwiches on the house and threw in some brownies to boot. They didn't need to do it. Very nice of them.

After ordering in the drive through, I had 2 sandwiches in my hand in less than 30 seconds, IT REALLY IS FREAKY FAST!

Coming from airport after long day, ordered 2 subs, had a 6 inch hair in my mouth after taking first bite of tuna sub!
Decided to travel down Meeker St to JJ's after being told at another sandwich place Sxxxxx down the road they wouldn't honor the corporate coupon and any order would be 15 minutes. After being told that in a hasty manner I though about going to JJ's. I had been there many times before but with a coupon like the other place it would cost more. At this point it didn't matter. I called on my cell to order & mentioned I was down the road and would be there in 5 minutes. The guy on the phone was friendly. On arrival a friendly voice from the order kiosk said to pull forward to the window. There it was, ready and with another friendly greeting at the window. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I will say there is consistency here. Club Lulu always comes out the same each time it is ordered. Keep up the good work!

I absolutely love Jimmy Johns and enjoy most of the people. I drive up and order then pull forward where your order taker then ask for my phone number for my rewards. We complete the transaction and in a short amount of time I have my sandwich and reward then head for home. On 6-25 however around 6:45 I pulled forward and a lady reached for my card and I worried she had forgot about rewards so asked her? She quickly snatched the card out of the machine and then announced that it was too late. She went back to bouncing and moving to the background music and blew it off as no big deal. Once she handed me the sandwich I asked her if there was some way to salvage the transaction and she said No it's too late. I then asked her why I get penalized because she makes a mistake and she quickly informed me that I was the one who forgot to give her my phone number. I understand that one credit is not a big deal but it's your game and I'm playing along while this lady seems to be in music land. So after getting blamed I told her to enjoy her music and before I drove away the window gets slapped shut. What did I do wrong and why is she taking orders?
