Unbelievably good food! They use high quality Angus beef, their French fries are fantastic, everything is fresh, and the owner is cool. I’m from California, and I think JR’s is even better than In-N-Out Burger. Highly recommended!

Feels like an old fashioned diner! The food is good - not sure that I would say "the best burgers and fries I've ever had", but the staff there makes you want to go back. Very friendly folks. Nice that the diner is located at Kent Station.

Vegetarian options: They now have Vegan shakes (made with Cashew milk). My friend got one and enjoyed it! We both got the Impossible Burgers and it was mostly good. My one problem was the onions are finely chopped and mixed with the relish. The little tiny onions were not my favorite, although I generally like onions.Dietary restrictions: They do have non dairy cheese for the cheeseburger.
Very negative behavior towards customer. Ordered online the burger was not acceptable looking or up to par to be selling. Some additionals did not get added due to me double checking my order which sucks. Employee very argumentative. Did not want his mother/employee provide me any customer service. Ask for a refund kept referring me to the site which he did not know how to tell me where to go on the site for my refund. He ended up just giving me my refund. Horrible horrible service at the Kent location.

Kind of "meh." Nothing wrong, just nothing special. Conveniently located next to the AMC Theater in Kent Station but with Dukes, RAM, Agave, Mod Pizza, Mama Sortina's, Panera and others within a 3 min walk, not sure why you'd go to Johnny Rockets.
