Service was non-existent. The clerk stood behind the counter chatting with co-worker. We were forced to use the kiosk to place our order. Then the kiosk forces you to tip or you can't complete your order! Burger was just ok. Definitely not worth the price.

Food was super filling and tasted great! Even having only a burger I didn’t even think I could finish it because of how full I got. I had the Chai milkshake too and I loved it. Service was great and our server was super nice and generous, and the restaurant itself was very cute and had cool decor. Definitely will be coming back sometime!

I had actually planned on eating at another place, but then I saw Katsu Burger and decided to give it a try since I've never eaten there. I ordered the Pork Katsu Bento and French fries. The pork katsu was nice and crispy and the curry lacked any hamburger and had a slight sweet taste to it. The French fries looked good but tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. When they brought me my bento, I asked for chopstick and they told me they don't have chopsticks, which I thought was strange. A Japanese restaurant not having chopsticks??? I've tried this place but next time I'll eat at the place I had originally planned on going to.

I don’t know what this place got in their food but whatever it is, keeping doing it. I couldn’t get enough of this place. Great ambiance, great staff and amazing food. It sucks that they are only on the west coast because they had my mouth watering the entire time. Definitely when I come back to Seattle this will be on my list of places to eat at again

Got the Kanna Akuma sandwich for delivery and it was the best chicken sandwich I've had in the Seattle area. The chicken was flavorful and juicy, and the pickled veggies were delicious. The side of ranch made it a perfect mixture with the kick of the pickled jalapeño. I will for sure be trying more things on the menu. Would recommend for a high quality chicken sandwich.

The burgers here are top tier and the fries are even better. I really suggest you try them all but the nori are the best ones. The dipping sauces are amazing too you could probably just keep trying any food here and you'd be happy.

First time eating here and I gotta say, it was phenomenonal. I had the Tokyo Classic and it was delicious. Really tasty. It's my new favorite burger joint in the Seattle area. Probably the whole country. And I've been to a few as a truck driver.Service was really great too. Very nice people working here.

Cashiers are super rude, especially with being a tourist. No help on answering questions. Gives more attention to “ friends” than helping strangers. Did not feel welcomed. Food was a 7/10 but service really downgraded that status. Maybe pick better workers that enjoy doing their job instead of fraternizing with friends while on the clock

Card only no cash. You order at the kiosk, and then they deliver your food. 12 spice fries are great! Wasabi burger is good. I get no slaw. Otherwise, you can't get your mouth around the

Let me just start by saying this is one of my favorite burger places in the area. Out of the ordinary, and filling for the price. Typically I wouldn't write a review for something like this because it's usually a completely understandable situation that can be avoided with simple customer service and communication, especially given that I placed my order so close to closing. Having worked in the food industry before I'm very lenient and super flexible/understanding. Let's be honest it's the end of the night on a possibly long weekend if you get Veterans Day off. I placed my order for 2 burgers and 2 fries at 7:47pm, 13 minutes before closing, (I know I'm an asshole, I was craving a good burger though), but I only live 3 minutes away and their site is still accepting orders. Once I place the system checks with the restaurant to confirm the order. A few seconds later, my order is confirmed and it says it will take 10 minutes to be ready. GREAT!! I jump in the car and head to the restaurant, I'm there with 5 minutes to spare. Doors are unlocked and the open signs on, no reason to suspect they're officially closed. I get to the register and the inshop girl still cleaning the tables behind me. I think nothing it as I've also worked closing shifts at fast food restaurants. Another minute or two goes by before she asked me if I have an online order, I say I do, she then goes to check a bag and then says "actually, your orders been canceled". At this point is confused because nothing on my end has indicated that my order was canceled. I went through their site and provide a phone number to contact me should such an event occur but yet that wasn't the case. It wasn't until that moment that she had actually processed my cancellation. Look, my purpose for writing this review isn't to put anyone on blast, it's just that that I simply think that there should be a better customer experience when it comes to order cancellations on the restaurants side.I'll still come back to this restaurant, I'll just be sure to order earlier next time.
