they mistakes my order and gave me another bag and when they gave me the “right bag” my food was not in there. they argued on the phone saying they did when they did NOT 0/10 do no recommend i will not be wasting my money there again it was too expensive for the food and service. the food they did give me was horrendous. like i said 0/10

HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK! This store is not a safe place to go and the health and safety department needs to have a chat with your employees because I am appalled. I have NEVER had such a poor and DISGUSTING experience. These people do not know how to work in the food industry and should have their licenses revoked and be shut down. So here is why I say this. We order our food and get to the window to pay and we do then they give us the drinks and I notice there’s no ice so I ask hey is ice an option by chance and they say no which is fine but at least tell me I’m not getting ice when I order a drink because I wouldn’t have ordered a drink if that were communicated to me. Next we get our food and we leave and we get about half way to where we are going and realize we don’t have a receipt. We’re on a business trip and need a receipt for every dime we spend as it’s not our money we are spending. So we get back and I ask for the receipt and the worker goes no we threw it away. So then I proceed to tell them I understand they threw it away but I was never given an option to have my receipt to begin with he didn’t give it back to me with my card like what should have happened from the get go. Anyway I ask for them to reprint my receipt as I need it for business purposes and it was a necessity for me. He again tells me no it’s in the trash and we don’t have the ability to reprint sorry. At this point I’m pissed because it’s literally their job to give me a receipt when I pay for something and they are now speaking very aggressively to me. THEN THE GUY GOES TO THE TRASH CAN AND DIGS FOR THE RECEIPT HE THREW AWAY AND PROCEEDS TO FREAKING HAND ME A RECEIPT OUT OF THE GARBAGE CAN WHERE IT CAN GET CONTAMINATED WITH SOME REALLY BAD BACTERIA. I refused it and demanded a fresh receipt as this is just a joke you work at a place that serves food, CHICKEN at that, that can cause SALMONELLA, and this guy just tried to give me trash. He made me pull around and park while he took another order and I didn’t see any gloves and nobody cares to wash their hands after digging in the garbage and proceeded to get the next persons order ready. DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY. Then as we’re parked here for 10+ minutes I see the guys inside laughing while talking on the phone and shortly after that TWO MORE GUYS CAME UP TO THE LOCKED DOOR GLARING AT US BUT ALSO LAUGHING AND THE OTHER TWO GUYS LET THEM IN. I seriously thought these guys were going to jump me and I was scared tbh. While they are inside having a great time while I’m waiting for just a simple receipt reprint, I called the next kfc down the road and they have the same systems and have the ability to reprint them with just a couple buttons. So eventually one guy comes out with a new receipt (looks like you sure CAN reprint even at this location) and I take it but low and behold the nasty partially wet and greasy receipt this guy took from the trash is stapled to it. You are a restaurant! Serving food! This is seriously UNACCEPTABLE IN EVERY WAY! At this point KFC needs to refund my entire order because of the time and gas money that I had to waste because your employees can’t simply give me a clean receipt not to mention the health risks involved in this situation. I will never be back to this place and I really hope these boys are dealt with because they have no place in the food service industry.* update it is now morning and we have been feeling very sick today after eating our meal last night and realizing it was pink inside and undercooked. Looked up health inspection records and it seems you have a recurring issue with improper refrigeration and hand washing station not to mention half the reviews you have here state the chicken is raw!! For literal years this has been an issue! You are making people sick it’s time to change SOMETHING for the better come on people.

They pay more attention to the drive thru and UE/DD drivers. I watched at least 4 drivers and countless drive thru orders be completed before I was even acknowledged while waiting for my online order. After finally getting my order, I realized I was missing my biscuits and had to go back. Finally get home and I start to plate the food only to find that even though I ordered a variety 8 piece I received a dark bucket. The real topper was the fact that other than the drumsticks everything else was still pink and could've made us sick had we eaten it. The skin was so soggy the skin of the pieces stuck to themselves and the bucket. I've actually saved the pink pieces and will be bringing them back tomorrow when I meet with the manager. $70 on undercooked, soggy, and fatty chicken. This was my first visit to a KFC in well over a year and this experience just reminded me why I stopped going. I'll be sticking with either Popeye's or Ezell's right down the road. I'll update if they actually do anything satisfactory.

We ordered 2 meals with different chicken pieces and three sides each. Got all the way home to find two identical meals incorrectly with less chicken and two sides each. When I called them to see if there was anything they could do, they said we got what we paid for. Unclear on the entire concept. I don't think even the manager understood he should make an effort to correct this. Not even a mention of any coupons or anything. Not even an apology.I'm home sick and I'm starving with nothing but a wing and a drumstick and no potatoes and gravy and I am NOT COMING BACK.

It's KFC, what do you expect from them?? I went early so most things were fresh and they were not crowded. Too much $$ for my budget and the menu has changed. FRY OR AIR FRY YOUR OWN CHICKEN ?!!

AUG 5TH 2023I'M so up set with KFC 10414 SE 260th St kent, Wa98030 253 852-3603Ok, so I ordered four chicken legs, one small coldslaw, One small mac and cheese, 8 biscuits,2 large mashed potatoes and gravy, 10 chicken nuggets with barbecue, mustard sauce, one potatoe bowl that comes with chicken, corn, gravy all in one container, 2 drinks tea , coke, plus honey and butter. Well when I got home and found out my order is wrong. Well I got only 2 chicken legs, 2 orders of French fries that I did not order, no sauce for my chicken nuggets zero not one, I called KFC I spoke to a man manger he said he would replace everything that was missing in my order. well I go back to KFCthe lady at the window told me she gave me all 4 chicken legs she wanted to argue with me and that Pissed me off, I ask for the manger, she said she was a manger and I said oh he'll no, I wanted to talk to the man manger the person I spoke with about my order not being right he came. But believe me I was Furious with that lady manager. I spoke with the man manager I told him what I was missing and he replaced the items. I told me him that my food is at home sitting on the counter getting cold and he should replace my whole order because it's cold and ruined. The biscuits where cold the chicken nuggets were cold, the potato bowl was cold, the chicken nuggets where cold and soggy and greasy when I got home I was so upset with this place. He did replace my my potato bowl but he should of replaced the whole order! This is what makes me mad, I go and get food for my husband and my self were hungry, I order my the food take it home its not what ordered so have to call KFC and Complain about all of this. Then I have to go through crap to get my order fixed and the food I have at home from KFC is ruined cold greasy! And what I'm real made about is the gas I spent for my car for my going back and forth, I'm using my money to do this so this is money down the drain, for there incompetence. One very unhappy customer! I WON'T BE BACK!!!One thing I noticed is the lady manager that took my order at the window should not be takeing more orders when she should be concentrating on getting my order right! IN THE FIRST PLACE IN MY OPINIONSHE SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER!!!
