I don't have anything negative to say. The food was edible, just very bland. Most restaurants seem to be this way these days though. One of the reasons I hardly eat out anymore.Parking: Plenty of parking spots, but most people parked along the curb instead making it difficult to back out of the parking places.

My wife and I actually just enjoyed a honeymoon in Hawaii and we drive by this place all the time and thought we would try it. After all the good food we had in Hawaii we anticipated that this place would taste something similar to that but it wasn't all that. It's pretty basic food and nothing special. I wouldn't go back, not speaking negatively. I had this after fasting and being on the road all day and It wasn't the best.

Imagine if you will.... unseasoned pork in a crock pot with shredded cabbage added for the last 15 minutes of cooking time. This culinary delight was served to me in its own water with a side of boiled macaroni in mayonnaise and two scoops of white rice. All this value for just $20! Take your tastebuds to Hawaii.

Never had Hawaiian BBQ before and was told to check this place out. Not impressed. They seemed to be closing early and I felt kinda rushed. People were showing up but the doors were already locked before their 7 pm posted closing time. Hey maybe it had been slow I get it. I will go back and try something different next time. They were friendly and the food wasn't terrible.

Went to eat at 630 on a Friday and they already closed. The sign on the door plainly stated open until 7:00. The employees inside just looked at me through the door and said nothing.

Came here three days ago for chicken katsu curry. Was told they were making the curry and it should be ready the next day in late afternoon. So I made a return trip in my way home the next day. No curry!! Was told "tomorrow ". Now it's tomorrow and you guessed it, no curry. I love their curry but this is ridiculous not having curry for 3 days.

I often prefer food in the chain of these restaurants, they cook almost like at home.I've been to different states, and I've only ever eaten barbecue. However, after visiting this institution, where a very angry and ill-mannered cashier works, I decided not to visit anymore and eat in these institutions.Just like one cashier, she ruined everything.Where does the administration and management look when they hire.An evil, ill-mannered person who was rude to me.She told me to shut up, didn't want to give a check for a paid order, sat across from me and made some notes during working hours, wasn't at the cash register. After my demand to receive a check paid in the amount of $ 36.88, she began to raise her voice at me, and called me a bitch, saying that she didn't care that I was a client, and she absolutely didn't care.Given this attitude towards customers, I would advise other customers to visit other cafes where customer service is better.

Make sure whether or not they're actually open.Posted hours on yelp, Google, and physically printed signage all showed they were open until 7pm. Showed up at 6:30PM on a Thursday, staff was inside, but doors were already locked and the"Open" light was off. Definitely don't come here until management figures out whether or not to honor their posted hours

I ordered a Chicken Katsu Curry and it came with literally a tiniest amount of curry ever possible to serve. On top of that it was absolutely way too crispy to the point the fork they provided wasn't able to pick up the food. I love L&Ls and i've visited a few other ones that are great and give giant portions for a good price, but this location wasn't worth it for the quality of food. I recommend they get a new chef or something. Only good thing was the ambiance, it was nice and comfortable to eat there, other l and ls are quite tacky.

I've eaten at the Federal Way location many times and always get the chicken Katsu which has ample portions. I was disappointed at the small portion served at this Kent location. Not sure if it's just this individual location or just how they serve it now to trim expenses. I'll ha e to go back to the Federal Way location to verify this. But the food was good.
