Daniella slammed the window in our face because of a miscommunication. She could not hear over the speaker and proceeded to get an attitude and when we arrived to the first window she slammed it in our face, as she said “F you”You would think after this happening maybe she would be taken off of the window for a little bit but here she is less than a week later and made a nasty face when she recognized us.The manager did attempt to help but there’s not much you can do when someone is clearly miserable and unwilling to do basic customer service. She told us she would “deal” with it.WhatI really wish I was able to contact the DM about this issue but I did not want to go inside and deal with all of them and the hostility I now feel going inside.

Order 2 separate orders and used points on both but I ordered ahead and cashier took my mobile code and I was still charged for my points and didn't receive food. I had to hold up drive thru to reorder again. I faithfully go to McDonald's because of food and because of prices because available to my job. Upset ? that this issue couldn't be resolved by the manager.
