Today I went for a salad and garlic cheese bread because I wanted something light and balanced, so I saw online that MOD had something suitable on their menu. When I got to the preparation counter, the guy asked what I wanted and started preparing my order. To my surprise, I noticed he was using the same gloves he had used for the customer before me, and they were torn, leaving his skin exposed. Not only that, but he also went to the back, touching various surfaces along the way—doors, handles, drawers, etc.—and without washing his hands or even changing gloves, he started making my salad. That's unacceptable in a food establishment; it's unhygienic and promotes cross-contamination. If this continues, I'll file a complaint with the health inspection department.

Came here on a busy Saturday night and there were only three employees who were slammed. We still were able to get our orders and find a seat quickly, and the staff were all super polite and efficient. Even if they were stressed they didn't show it and were really nice to all the customers. Food was great and would come back to this location again.

Came here on a busy Saturday night and there were only three employees who were slammed. We still were able to get our orders and find a seat quickly, and the staff were all super polite and efficient. Even if they were stressed they didn't show it and were really nice to all the customers. Food was great and would come back to this location again.

The food is what you expect from MOD which I think is good for the price. The service and speed is where this location is let down. The people that work here appear to not want to, with everything they do appearing to be painful for them, don't dare ask for anything extra on the pizza. Lastly their moto includes speed. Now I don't know what their interpretation of speed is, but I don't think speed exists here. From order to getting pizza taking 42 minutes (there was a total of 10 customer total) I don't think that's speed.

We had good service, but the food was terrible. It was still cold when we started eating it had to reheat it in the microwave and just to clarify it took us only 10 minutes to return back home so we didn’t drive around for an hour and then went home.

I usually save that 5th for gourmet and out of this World experiences but . . . This place?!!! Mod Pizza, Rocks! You make your own so how can you not love your food? The no name cakes are gourmet, so addictively scrumptious! Pizza, salad, beverages- all types of lifestyle diets can be pleased. Gluten free crusts, non dairy cheese, plant based protein. Service is always friendly and the atmosphere lively. If you haven't been YOU ARE MISSING OUT.

Update : they have great service in person but do not order delivery, they forgot my no name cake and did not make my order right at all it was only cut into 4 slices and they forgot my hot honey but drowned my pizza in dollops. I will keep my rating the same because I called delivery support and got my order refunded in less than 60 seconds and he was very friendly but still something to keep in mind .
