I waited for 2 hours for my food and when someone mentioned how long I was waiting to management they forcefully defected her order for speaking up for me. The manager on shift at 5-7 pm on April 4th was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

The service was slow, my order was incorrect which caused a longer delay. I ended up asking for it to go because of the delays. I went to eat it and again it was wrong and had no flavor. Very disappointing overall.

Very nice and helpful. Aaliyah was especially accommodating. I had to wait awhile on a large door dash order and she made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited since it was going to take awhile. Very satisfied.

Restaurant is too cold. Plus all day computer users take up all the booths. The prices are too spendy to have to eat lunch in my car.

This panera treats you like you're about to steal their cups. We do the "sip club" well now we are expected to order our drink on the kiosk. Then wait in line to get a cup, they hid the cups in the back. So you have to either wait in line or go to the front and ask for your cup. What's the point in a drink membership that puts you through that.

This was a very nice visit. The cashier was being trained and did very well. I tried a new sandwich and enjoyed it. My guest liked his lunch, too.

This is the second time I have come for dinner on Friday a little after 5 to find that baguette sides are sold out. You would think if this was an ongoing issue they would make more.

Still don't know what a Panera is. I won't Google it. I want to feel it naturally.

PROPORTION ARE WAAAAY TOO SMALL FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE. OVERPRICED HOSPITAL FOOD.I understand that things may be different if you eat in the restaurant. I ordered through UberEats. One of the things I ordered was a Half Ceaser Saladand and it's the specific item I have an issue with.Just to cut to the chase, the Ceasar Salad was a DRASTICALLY small portion for the price I was charged. Keeping in mind that I could have bought a head of lettuce for around $6-$10 at any grocery store. I was charged $9 for what looks like 2-3 leaves of lettuce and a few croutons in the smallest bowl I've ever seen.I get that Panera is a big chain and my little review wouldn't do much for their overall profits but I only hope I can stray anybody on the fence. THE FOOD IS DRASTICALLY OVERPRICED and the quality of the food is no better than the time I spent in the hospital. If you're in the fence about trying out Panera I would HEAVILY suggest trying somewhere else.
