The pho here is tops on my list. Super clean broth, great flavor, consistent every time. Better than the hyped shops. Can't speak for the non-pho dishes.

I shouldn’t even be giving them a star they deserve ZEROO, first of all they don’t even charge you right they Overcharge you. I asked for extra meat and on their menu it says 5.99 why did I get charge a whole $8 for that ? I didn’t make it a big deal, whatever. What pissed me more off is I don’t know if it’s the owner or what he looks young, literally screamed at me and my family saying to not put the spoon that in the chili oil in our soup when that’s literally common sense and he starts accusing us saying he seen us do it before when literally it was our first time here. I felt so uncomfortable eating here after that! NEVER AGAIN.

First time going to this place since it is close to my home that I just moved into. I had arrived at 8:30pm. 30 minutes before 9pm closing. The current person working there was closing the store right as I got there. My advice for the business, DO NOT post closing hours until 9pm if no one will be there. I work in food service as well and I have always stayed my whole shift even if it’s a late night and wanted to go home. Will try to stop by again next time.

My wife and I normally drive to Seattle to have pho at pho than brothers. But now that I’ve eaten here. Well Pho Mau has my undying allegiant. And it’s nice to support a local business. All their food is prepared fresh to.

Food taste great but I feel cheated. I never got my extra meat for my large or any meat for my pho. NONE. My cousin got all of her toppings but not me. My other cousin got everything but me. The guy the paid $88 and tipped very generously. I'll come back because the food is great but don't expect me to tip like that again. Disappointed.

This place used to be a bit pricey but good. But now the broth is thin, the meat is less in amount, and the noodles were tiny shards of broken mess. Do they wish us a short life?? How do you mess up noodles when the actual dish is about noodles???Not happy.

I was treated differently than the other customers there. They were short with me and avoided eye contact. Other customers were greeted and taken to their seats and given menus and were given water. I wasn't. I came to the counter and asked if I should sit anywhere and later I asked for a menu. I asked for my chicken sandwich without jalapeños but they put them in anyways. They served my girls Pho without any sprouts, mint or lime. When I asked for it, he said it's a kids Pho so it doesn't come with vegetables. I was so confused. I told him kids eat veggies too. He was so annoyed by my request but I just wanted the authentic set up. I asked if they had any other options besides the beef broth, and he said that's the only one they serve. I asked what kind of broth the veggie pho had and he said beef. As far as ambiance, the place needs a renovation. It's outdated and loud tv plays in the background in Vietnamese. Decor doesn't make sense. It was too many dining red flags for me so I do not recommend this place.

Better than I thought! The reviews for this place are pretty sad but the food is fine, it's not the best pho I've had but it's a fine staple...like it'll do in a pinch and the prices are super reasonable. The spring roll was fresh (the veggies) but the shrimp was frozen, as evidenced by how incredibly cold it was. It was also lacking like all the herbs haha but like I said, it's fine, it's not bad.

The only place I go for pho! Their food is the best! sometimes I don't get enough meat but we always order gyoza so we're never ever hungry after! They welcome us like family and remember our names and ask how we're doing! Sometimes they get busy and take a minute to get to us, but almost never, they're usually on the ball! The atmosphere is pleasant, usually the TV is on beautiful tropical scenes with serene music at a soothing volume. They don't seem to mind if there's an occasional loud person, I don't like loudness, but when I'm there, I'm in my happy place and comfortable, so it rarely bothers me. I'm getting old and grouchy so I'm being meticulous on my rating, but honestly, IT IS THE BEST PHO in the greater Seattle area, I promise!!!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyParking: Plenty of parking!

Really wanted this place to be good, the pho is not very tasty but the people here are nice. Ambiance is more of a family ambiance. Wished it could of been better since it was close to work.
