I admit the food is good. Sadly the food is overly priced. I'm from Houston and down there the cost is waaaay cheaper than here. I've noticed everything up here doubled in price. Food, rent, everything. Up here rent is 1500+. Down south rent start at$850. Smdh.

Ordered for delivery. It was on time but it wasn't fully cooked! Half raw dough, yuck. I did not read the reviews before I ordered but I should have, this seems to be a thing for outbound orders.

Why did DoorDadh try to deliver? I am not a fan. DoorDash loses my food, EVERY TIME. Pizza Hut is 2 blocks away but across the highway. Why are you not using delivery drivers? I hate fighting for food I paid for.Not worth the hassle to EVER let this place deliver.

First bite had strange taste and I got sick within a few minutes, and my kid had severe stomach issues the next morning. Still have most of the pizza sitting in the box the next day.

It was stated that my delivery time was to be 30 to 35 minutes. It was passed to a 3rd party, door dash, which ended up being an hour. I paid $70 for 2 medium pizzas with delivery fee and 18% tip. I work as a food service manager and understand cost calculation. However, that is quite the profit margin to then receive cold pizzas. I received an order just the week before and, though the cost was high, I received a much better, higher quality, HOT product.

I would like my pizza replaced it came warm no sauce and little cheese my sodas was hotter then the pizza**I’m editing to say** I have emailed them as the asked me to, I will come back to let y’all know what they have said or done to rectify what happened.

I made a mistake on my online order, accidentally put carryout instead of delivery and noticed right after I placed the order. I attempted to call in order to cancel or change the delivery method. but when I would call it would send me to customer service to place an order so I would have to get transferred then after 5-10 minutes it would just hang up multiple times.
I'm shocked at this Pizza Hut getting bad reviews. The drivers they contract are shady as hell & very unreliable but the food is amazing. Staff super friendly and my personal pan pizzas are sooooo good! I have ordered multiple times in personal & with delivery. I raved about this location on my local FB group. Best pizza in the area hands down!

I was attempting to contact this store because I made a mistake and wanted to cancel or change my order but when i called the store customer support picked up and then said they were going to transfer me, then 5-6 minutes later it gets hanged up

Ordered yesterday and still never got my order ? A random lady called our house and said she has our order SMH. Tried calling multiple times but the workers won't let me speak before they hang up on me, or better yet they don't speak any english at all ? A manger called us and left a voicemail saying she will refund us and give a credit the next day, but once again every time I tried to call the workers hung up on me. Very frustrating experience !!!!

I placed an order at 8 pm , at 9;50pm I got a call from another customer who got my order by mistake and she cared enough to let me know I called the store 3 times and someone picked up and then without a word placed me on hold and never picked up again. So now it's 10:30 pm and still no food and unable the reach the store. I got a voicemail at 11 pm from an employee or manager unsure. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional .

Picked up a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza today. Decent pizza, way to much pepperoni on it for my wife but I liked it. The restaurant is in a bad area, make sure you lock your car. Lots of homeless junkies walking around like zombies.
