On the 22nd I had a really bad customer experience with this location. However, the GM got ahold of me to apologize and make up for the incident. The GM was dedicated to great customer service. I feel the situation was resolved and I would feel confident to order from them again. I dunno if it was the driver or the restaurant that gave it to the driver. But the 3 star is cause it didn't taste that good. But this is how it arrived, next time I will open it before I take it
