What a horrible dinner. I would give zero stars if I couldWe were seated in a tiny area next to a party of over 20 people have a wonderful party. Unfortunately we could not hear one and other so decided to pay and leave without ordering appetizer or desert I did not even finish my meal. We were walked past several empty booths to be packed in to the middle of the someone else's party hopful the staff will learn how to seat customers so they can enjoy the meals they came to pay for.

The burgers taste different from the past. I am thinking they thin the meat and add more filler so you really don't taste the meat. I asked for some pink, but the burger was overly cooked. Probably hard when the burger is that thin. The cheese garlic broccoli had very little cheese. Also it took 5min before a host was around to seat us. Seems like they are understaffed as they all seem stressed. Not the best atmosphere with those emotions floating around.

The food was great! I had two servers I didn’t catch their names, but they were both great! One of them was new and training and I ended up leaving my phone there, the nice girl who is training ended up finding it for me, so I just wanna say thank you! ?

The food was okay not spectacular. The Yukon chips were stale and soggy. The fries were limp. The burgers were okay. Claire did an awesome job with servicing my guest and me. She was very attentive and courteous.

Tried eating here again. I hoped it would be a better experience. It wasn't better. Server appeared to be overwhelmed. She struggled taking our order. She dropped fries at our table quickly but then was gone. Our food took a long time to get to us and was not correct. It took a while for our server to return to our table. The table at our table was not set up to allow us to use it to pay our bill. I won't return to this Red Robin. Not sure if it's under staffed or if the staff is under trained. 2 visits and both were disappointing. Food and service were both underwhelming.
