This place does not honor coupons. I understand that is their choice, but I will not be back for future purchases coupon or no. Also, I'm pretty sure the "no tip" touch button does not work, so you have to go to the key pad and select the red x button to continue. It is very sleazy and the place has no real care for the customer. Also, this place was out of most of the promotional items, foot long cookie, pretzel, and churro. It's not worth the visit. Find another subway.

Sad I been going to this location since it's existed n Whomever Took over or Bought it out has Ruined the place. Nothing is the same Including The Dry Employees I Continuously Encounter during my latest Visits. Sadly I won't be going to this Location anymore.

Allways get ur receipts from here they will charge u extra with out u knowing it happend to me twice allready..also employees here should be off there phone when serving customer not telling a customer to hold on till they finish there conversation on the phone first...

The store was running a bit behind because of a bunch of orders, but the staff was still patient and professional. Really appreciated that they were working through orders the best they could and making sure they don't just throw things on there sloppily. Will be returning for sure!

Every time we come here, the employees are always super nice and actually make the sandwiches amazing!We usually come here at least once a week!Highly recommend if you miss going to Subway, but the last one you went to wasn't up to standards

I ordered subway through the online mobile app. My order was suppose to be ready and picked up at 4:50pm I got to the shop and the shop is closed the door is locked AND THERE IS NOBODY INSIDE NO WORKERS OR ANYTHING. I AM VERY UPSET I WANT A REFUND!This is unprofessional I came and my order says it's ready on the app only to find out that the shop is closed when the sign says open until 9:30pm! got here at 4:50pm!

Horrible service. The store timings says 9:30 and he closes at 8:50.I managed to go early on the next day and when I see the vegetables are all not fresh.There were hardly any veggies available.I took a salad and asked him to mix it and he wasn’t aware at all. The subway app doesn’t work. At the end he gave a knife instead of a fork for a salad. Horrible experience. Never returning. Worst subway I have ever been.

IF you order online for pick up inspect your sandwich BEFORE you leave the store. I have ordered online for pick up three times and each time I have experienced some kind of issue the orders. First we ordered a Tuna Sandwich got home to discover there was NO tuna on the sandwich.Second time we ordered a Subway Club with mayo and mustard, but received sweet onion sauce on it instead, no mayo or mustard. When I went back to the store the associate needed to inspect my receipt to see that the order was incorrect. I was not offered an apology. We also ordered chocolate chip cookies, but received the Dark Chocolate cookies instead.On another occasion I sent my son into pickup the order, I was required to go in and show proof of the order. I should mention, there was no other orders and no one else in the store. This is not a very busy location my name should have sufficed.An in person visit, I wanted a salad. They say they can make any sub a salad. The associate looked at the sandwich I was requesting to make a salad and told me no. I said excuse me, I have had that salad before. She again refused and said NO once more. I found this annoying and very strange. I stepped out of line, the next associate was happy to accommodate the order.Not all of our encounters here have been bad, but we are no longer going to this location either.
