Terrible experience!!!All 1 star reviews are 100% accurate and I am so mad I didn't read them before coming here.This place should be shut down.I asked for egg patties on my subway and look at stuff they gave me!!I'm certain they were in the feezer for weeks and this employee decides to just heat them up and serve them like that??Veggies were absolutely disgusting and old.I saw those wilted spinach leaves and brown lettuce!! Slimy tomatoes and cucumbers!!Also the bread was stale!I thought, fine I can live with that. I'm starving.But the eggs!! I had to come back to ask for a different one and this person has the audacity to say it was the hot oven that made them that way cos I toasted my bread. Well news flash, I never toast my bread!He agrees to give me another egg patty and the thing came out stale again!!Gives it to me anyway!!I said LOOK AT THIS. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I don't want this!!Decided to just leave. I'm not one to make a big fuss out of these situations, but I swear to GOD.NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY.P.S. I asked for pepper jack cheese and got american. This place is a joke.

The bread is old and stale. Sometimes this location does not open in the morning so they're is no reason they don't have fresh bread. The staff is not welcoming. It won't be long before they have to shut down

Asked for cheddar cheese, was given Monterey Jack cheddar which is shredded fine, if we don’t do slices anymore ? But Ai was given the smallest portion of cheese I’ve ever seen on a subway sandwich. I was told I would get charged extra for more than this.. is there some conspiracy that you don’t do sliced cheese anymore so you can save cost on giving people a teaspoon of shredded cheese?

Subway is generally pretty dependable. This location was super disappointing. The wheat bread on all 3 sandwiches I bought (all at the same time) was burnt and tasted awful. The sandwich toppings were sparse, as well. And you can't see the bread they are using because the meat and cheese part of the make table is obscured from customers' view by a big metal hood. Never seen that before in a Subway. So we got home, unwrapped our sammies and we were instantly bummed. And at $10+ per sandwich these days that will deter me from ever going to this location again.

This place is horrible. The middle eastern woman working the counter refused to let my husband, who is a diabetic, use the bathroom. He had to pee on the side of the building. My husband still purchased his meal because he’s non-confrontational but I am pissed. I will be reporting this to the City as restaurants with paying customers are required to allow a person with a medical condition use the bathroom - even if its employee only. I will not STOP until the City issues them a formal warning letter.

Not the best subway ever, and by an enormous margin. My meatball sub tasted nothing like I'm used to. The root beer tasted nothing like root beer. The only staff member didn't wear the ordinary hat they would wear, and while we were ordering, the worker was on the phone, while on their shift. Not coming back, just go to another subway nearby for a normal experience.
Should have left when I saw the bathroom was out of order. Then the sandwich maker tore the bread when cutting, flopped the items on the sandwich and wouldn't take a valid coupon for the sandwich I ordered. Only one type of sandwich is allowed for the coupon even though it does not state that on the coupon. Will not return. I suggest you never go.

Do not waste your time going to this Subway if you intend to use a coupon, cause they won't honor it. She saw the coupon in my hand, before I got a chance to get all the way in the store she threw her hand up to stop me then was waving her hand as she said no we don't accept Coupons here!! How Simply rude, so we left

STOP SHORTENING CUSTOMER FOOD WHEN THEY ORDER ONLINE.First of all this subway franchise and others in this area need to stop cheating people out of their food.This is not how you run a business full of dishonesty. If I order in store I get what the sandwich shows but every time I order delivery or pick up my food, I came home and there is lot less meat, less tomato, less everything except bread.What do you expect me to eat with this dry bread?Stop shortening customers food when they order online. This is not the first time and I just pick up my sandwich and am so mad that there is very little meat so I decide to make a review.If you have to rob people of their food to keep your business going then shut it down and find something else to do damn.
