didn’t even get to finish ordering one sandwhich before the indian lady started yelling at me saying “why make that face” “don’t be angry” “i gave you everything extra”. all i did was ask for extra spinach after she literally put 5 leaves on a foot long…. didn’t even say anything about the amount of fixings she was adding just asked for extra using my please and thank yous like a normal well behaved adult. i didn’t even get to say anything after that since she wouldn’t stop yelling. i was too stunned to even move for the first 30 seconds, just couldn’t imagine why someone would be so rude. all i responded was “i’m gonna go” and she started yelling even more ripping off her face mask and gloves the entire time i walked away. drove to the next parking lot just to post this since she seemed violent.

got some food from the app. the amount of meat was about a 3rd of the norm. the bread was wrong and a lot was wrong. Dont order from the app for this store. Dont order from this store. a lot of the comments solidify

The lady who I'm assuming is the manager of this place unfortunately, finished with the people in front of me, while I was being helped by a younger man. I think it was her son. She then starts talking trash to her son about said customers IN FRONT OF ME while I'm trying to order my sandwich. I said "you shouldn't talk about customers like that in front of other customers."She then talks in a different language to the man and that's when I start walking out and she says "we don't want your service here, u show attitude." I then tried talking to her and she kept cutting me off so i just walked away. I have never seen a manager, so unprofessional, impolite, and out of touch with business ethics as this lady. This is my first review I've ever done in my life and probably my last cause I'm sure I will never find anyone else as nasty as her. Please find another subway to go to.

This was the third time I've ordered a sandwich through the app for this store. I should've checked it before I left. The guy(who appears to be the owner) put brown lettuce on my sandwich. He obviously doesn't care about the quality of his food. Won't be back.

PSA: the location does not accept coupons Normally I don't send poor reviews but I needed a quick lunch and had some coupons which are sent frequently met to my home. They had a sign that said no coupons. The employee said that franchise managers (or owners) decide if they accept them or not. Cheap move.

I was yelled at by the female east Indian worker. I've tried to come again, but not the same since she behaved this way. Been a customer for over 30 years. I found another location not far instead.

The building inside was very hot. The representative charged a tip for each order. It was not the best experience and won't go back to that establishment.

Even though the bread was fresh out of the oven it was alright. The sandwich would taste so much better if they weren't so greedy with the fixings! They charge too much for a sandwich! I also feel that when they don't accept coupons it makes them appear greedy and cheap!

The woman who helped us was just plain rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. Zero customer service skills. No wonder this location has horrible reviews. First and last time we will ever go there. This is for the Subway by QFC on 240th.

I was running to work and hoping they would be open as advertised by the sign 8:00 am. I waited and waited and no employees! Don’t trust this location. They are understaffed and they don’t honor their operating hours.

My footlong tuna sandwich was like tuna sauce sandwich.. minus tuna.. same for my husband's steak sandwich. Hardly anything in it.

They don’t take coupons , refills cost a $1, bathrooms were closed and they are stingy with all the ingredients when making your sandwich.. I’ve been to countless subways and by far this is the worst! I never write reviews but this rundown poorly managed place needs to go. **DO NOT EAT HERE!!
