Drove 20 minutes out of my way (one direction) to the ONE Subway allegedly open after standard hours... Doors locked with a sign on the door saying to "use other door" and both doors were locked.Thank you for blatantly wasting nearly an hour of my time.

Terrible owner, never order a 6 inch, they will give you a 4 inch instead both times. The ingredients are so nasty even compared to its terrible quality in the first place. The place smells filthy, and their rudeness is insane. Careful with the owner he loves to curse out customers in Spanish pretending they're stupid.

I asked for extra toasted, it was on the receipt, was not toasted. I went inside to ask for it to be remade, they wanted to toast it with all the fresh veggies inside. I asked them to remake it owner asked for the sandwich which was fine, he grabbed it away extremely rudely and the entire time he was eyeing me away without a single apology. Unacceptable behavior fire this owner

Ordered online and drove out to kent because they were one of the very few places who honor the BOGO deal. Got there, store located inside chevron convenience store, to find out they weren't even open! Showed the uninterested clown at the chevron that they took my money and said my food was being "built". Tried to call several other stores and every number was not working. So sick of this place. Every one of them is run by greedy owners and I still haven't received my money back. Wrote to their so-called corporate office and go no response. I'm so done with this dump. There's nothing American about any of the stores and none of them care about anything but taking money.

I like going to Subway for a Roast Beef, Turkey and Bacon sub on Italian bread; Tastes great and is still somewhat healthy. Their cheesesteak subs are pretty dam good too and for an extra $1.50 more you can make the meat deluxe! Prices aren't bad either so it's a double winner ?

This subway doesn't accept Subway company coupons. While these coupons are at owner discretion, I perceive this to be poor customer service. Further, it was not posted prior to ordering. This feels deceptive to me.

If you order a sandwich do not use the online app. Because they will skimp you on the ingredients you ask for. And we will add ingredients you never asked for because they don't pay attention to the order. They can't even read the damn instructions to cut your sandwich in half.
