Ordered through the app for the Buy one get one 50% off deal. When I went In, I realised I was still charged full price. I informed the only lady in there, that made my food, and all she said was "idk sorry" when I asked if there was anyone I could ask about the issue she again just sated "idk sorry" if you don't know much about how to help a customer or information about how to correct certain charges you make, you probably shouldn't be working there. After working at Subway for over 7 years in multiple different franchises, I have never once declined somebody for a company coupon. This place is straight up refuse service and I highly recommend training your staff. Refusing somebody service because of a coupon that is accepted by all subway franchises is unprofessional. This location does not run the way it should.

I've come here 3 times. It's probably the worst subway I've ever been in. There is an older lady who works here. She's served me every time. The 2nd and 3rd time I came here hoping to find another employee to make my sandwich but it's always her. No disrespect but she needs to be retrained. Her sandwiches are HORRIBLE.
