“3/30/20/4Ordered five items for four people. Received zero correct items but paid for all and when we tried to bring it up were blown off in a very disrespectful manor. This is not the first time but definitely the last. It’s worth it to go to a better location.

One of the Tacos I ordered was super spicy when I asked for it not to be spicy. The server couldn't take it back so I just threw it away. I still love taco bell I just think it was a new server and she was the only one behind the counter at the time and I don't believe she new what to do. But she apologized profusely and it wasn't her fault either she wasn't the one who took our order so no hard feelings I just don't think new servers should be left alone when the dining room is a little busy. Just my opinion she was very sweet tho and I felt bad that she didn't know how to handle the situation.

Ordered in dining room. Asked manager in dining room if my order was being prepared because I waited 3 minutes after last car in drive thru was helped and still watched three others that arrived 2 minutes after me get their orders done.3 bean burritos and 1 drink took nearly 10 minutes.Manager never checked on order and argued with me rationalizing service despite the fact that I hadn't even been given a drink cup yet.When I was leaving the manager and another staff member mockingly waved goodbye.Been going to this location now for over 7 years consistently, but only twice in dining room. Very disappointed and won't be back again. I'll go to Covington location where I get friendly, respectful service.

Crunchwrap hardly had any stuff inside. Service was pathetic. They kept the mobile order somewhere inside and there was absolutely no one around to even ask. Everyone pretended to be busy avoiding eye contact. Worst Taco Bell. There are couple of other Taco Bells nearby. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

We drive extra to come to this Taco Bell. They are courteous and quick. The site is always clean and they have good music playing, not too loud.
