My friend Danielle got me this stuff one time and I was asking her where the food was from, it was so good. She didn't know the name of the place LOL. One day I'm hungry and see it and luck was on my side when what I ordered was what my friend had gotten me on a memorable night. This place is amazing, zero negatives. Best place to get food in Washington.

Customer service is horrible the worker got annoyed after i asked for some condiments. She said omg and rolled her eyes and then she had the audacity to slam the window on me while i was talking. Wont be going there anymore.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. The lady who was taking my order got my order wrong, and was arguing with me saying she didn’t get my order wrong. Then she wanted to recharge me entirely even though I already paid for the wrong order. She rolled her eyes and had a terrible attitude and slammed the drive through door after giving me my order. I’m so disappointed, I really enjoyed this place and will no longer be going or recommending it to anybody. I was at disbelief that the drive through lady had the audacity to argue with me.

They are WORSE bad. Terrible service. I ordered some plain tacos because they were for my girls and they gave them to me with everything. I went back to the taqueria to have them changed and they supposedly changed them. They gave me the same tray full of sauce and onion and cilantro and the worst thing was the same tortillas all full of sauce and completely discarded (soaked) and cold. Of course all my food was cold and horrible. My other tacos were with everything, they had half a kilo of onion and cilantro, they rarely added meat. What a way to ruin dinner for a family. The worst restaurant in the entire world. They don't even have enough for half a star ??

The service is always good, the food is delicious, the only thing that bothers me is that they charge extra and very expensive for the tripe tacos and they add very little meat. Not even the little corner of Bellevue serves them well there. Let it be worth what we pay.
