Went there on the 4th of January for a birthday party. My brother paid $600 for the karaoke room to have the party there. My boyfriend bought 2 coronas paid with his debit card. Checked his bank account a week later and saw 3 different charges one for the 2 coronas the others were $40/each for some alcohol we didn't recognize. We were there for only an hour with 2 drinks. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to over charged for something you didn't order. What a rip off! So pissed!

Everything about this place is pretty good except for their system for choosing the songs. A good portion of the text is in Chinese, its pretty confusing until you figure it out.

Ordered delivery. Salt and pepper squid was $15.95. szechuan chicken was $16.95. Don't order delivery from them. They give you ridiculously small portions. Completely not worth it, and a complete rip off.

It's a fine place. The karaoke system is the biggest reason why I wouldn't go back. The language is in Mandarin or Cantonese, but it doesn't matter because the UI is incoherent and navigating around leaves you very confused and frustrated. The search system is terrible. And not all the songs are available. The people were nice though, and that's actually somewhat more surprising.

The room was good looking and clean. Looked very vibrant. It was almost perfect. I say almost because the karaoke machine is very confusing to pick songs in English because the menu is in an Asian language that is unchangeable. You have to rely on pictures of your music artist you're searching for in English. And the worst part... THEY TRIED TO SCAM US. There was 5 of us and a couple of us can be mistaken as young teens. When we're actually over 20. For 1 hour it's $28. We TIMED ourselves to make sure we only did 1 hour. THEY CHARGED US FOR $60!!!! Triple the amount!! We almost left in shock but we went back in and pressed the employee and he claimed he "pressed the wrong button" although we got a refund, it could've been a huge scam and I wouldn't doubt in my mind they've scammed before

An unexpected gem. It's a nondescript little place tucked away on the side of the Great Wall Mall in Kent... no real signage other than an "Open" sign. Inside- it has a bit of a homemade bedazzled old Vegas type of look. I wasn't expecting much, honestly. BUT guess what? We had a blast here! We ordered a package that included a few dishes, some beer and hours of karaoke in a private room. We sang our hearts out (pretty vast selection but you do have to learn how to navigate the karaoke system) and enjoyed the food which was surprisingly delicious! Make a reservation. Make sure you have some food because it's good and enjoy! My only gripe would be that I wish finding the music you want was a bit less complicated. *UPDATED: I figure I should mention this is a high car prowl area, especially in the evening.

The lights, seating and tables are super cool. The management was great to work with and very responsive to my emails and then even texted me the day before the event to calm my concerns about everything being perfect for her birthday! They even decorated the room with balloons and Happy Birthday Signs. Can't say enough about the owners here, they are GREAT! Reasonably priced as well. For 3 hours of fun, food and drink definitely a deal. Will be back for some adult fun for sure.

I would give this place more stars had I been made aware of the way the songs and pricing work. I am aware and understand that there might be a language barrier and all, but when I got my bill after four drinks and a plate of shrimp fried rice I just about passed out. $150 dollars! The amount spent was not worth it and if I want to sing karaoke from now on I'll go to Palmers. Really unfortunate cause I wanted to like this place but not for that price, it's not worth it. Also for the amount that they charged me and subsequently everyone else that frequents this establishment, you would think that there would be a lot more progress than what was.

We went there for our birthdays on a Sunday night. There was no one when we entered. A storage room door was open and it looked a bit bizarre. Service was overall good except the first impression wasn't that warm. Food was surprisingly good but small portion. We ordered 4 dishes and 2 glasses of beer. We stayed for a bit over 2 hours. The bill comes out as about $180. It's definitely not cheap for a karaoke place in Kent. We tried and probably will not return.

However the service is NOTHING compared to my experience. Thank you for going above and beyond friend!!!! My girls and I had the best time.
