Probably the worst sandwich shop I've been to in Washington state. And that's saying something. Too bad because the menu is much better than other places. It's just the owner must just be a cheapskate or struggling to get anyone but the biggest freaks out there to work for them. And half the time I have to worry about getting food poisoning from eating here.Also know why so many online orders seem to be wrong, as there's only 1 person doing all the work. Walk-ins, cleaning, closing, and delivery orders. No way a single person can do it all the right way.Afternoon to night shift guy either has Tourette's syndrome, other mental health issues, or is on meth or other hard substances. Was talking to himself the whole time, and went back in the kitchen and literally started yelling at the top of his lungs at an imaginary enemy. Thought he was going to come out and attack us with how loud and angry he was.

Rude employee Kelvin. I arrived at 848p. Sign and online says they close at 9p. Open sign was on. First time trying this place. I opened the door before the second foot made it through. Kelvin yells we are Closed! I ask what time do you closed he stuttered 830p. Could have become a repeat customer. Will never know. But I plan on telling my peeps how the service was before you even make it in the store. Thanks Kelvin.

The sandwich had old avocado on it which tasted nasty & ruined the sandwich. The unsweetened tea is absolutely awful. Not sure if it's super old but had to throw it away, very unusual taste. Also, how can a place that serves food not offer a restroom? I'll never be back.

Super frustrated by my experience today. I got a sandwich for myself and a soup to go for my daughter. The guy behind the counter heated up a bin of soup that had about 2 tablespoons worth in it, poured that into the container, bagged it up, then proceeded to make my sandwich. When he was ringing me up I asked him if I could get the rest of the cup of soup I was getting charged for since the container wasn't even filled a quarter of the way. He acted annoyed and was grumbling to himself under his breath while he got another container from the fridge to heat up more. I stupidly assumed he would fill it up since I had to call him out on it already and didn't check it before I left. I just got home and pulled it out of the bag and it was only filled half way. I feel like it's not too much to expect I'd get what I'm being charged for especially with how overpriced the food at this place is
Unfortunate because the sandwiches have usually been pretty decent here...the only reason for 2 stars. However, the broccoli cheddar soup yesterday at the Kent location was absolutely rotten, rancid, terrible. It had to have been incredibly old, who knows how long it had been hanging around.

If you are a meatball fanatic like me, this was not it. Subway meatballs sandos have more flavor. This feels like some kind of canned tomato sauce, taste but bland. Due to the tartness of the sauce, sourdough was the worst possible choice.For me, the meat to cheese and toppings was way off. I had to remove a few meatballs to feel like I could taste cheese. Some like it this way, more power to you but there were no options available for different kinds or extra cheeses. Just a hint of Provolone, no gooey melty factor.I ordered olives and pepperoncinis as added toppings... What kind of person put whole pepperoncinis with seeds and all on a sandwich? I have never in my life received a whole unchopped pepper on a sandwich.A little oregano or basil and some rudimentary veggie chopping could bring this sandwich much closer to edible. Stick with their Reubens, they are much much better.5 stars for service and atmosphere because we ordered door dash. Would be unfair to grade lower.

I placed an online order and when I picked it up, I realized they had completely messed up my sandwich. They added ingredients that I didn’t even add on the order. I tried calling to get a refund but no one picked up the phone so I just re ordered. I went back and scheduled for it to be picked up ASAP. I expected them to be busy so I gave them 30 mins. When I went in the store was empty and they hadn’t even started my sandwich yet. Some of the workers gave me attitude even though I was respectful upon their situation of possibly being understaffed. And when they finally got my order right, my sandwich was cold?. I thought a hot pastrami is supposed to be hot??? Anyways bad customer service and can’t orders right (this has happened multiple times).

Togos is my husbands favorite place to go. But, they are always out of soda, not clean, not organized. Please someone needs to be in charge. Remove the refer from the dining room. Clean it up and keep it clean!
