Great banh mi and pho. Recommend the banh mi and cup of broth to make a Vietnamese dip.

I've ordered here a number of times and enjoy the pho.Today I decided to add the fresh spring roll and peanut sauce. The sauce was liquid not creamy as I have seen at other Vietnamese restaurants. Is this consistency a mistake?

I didn’t even get to take a before picture but this says it all?? I do not eat meat (just fish meat) so if you’re the same they have veggie/ vegan broth and even vegan pho. they were fast !! (pick up order) so my broth was cold when I got back to work but that just means i’ll dine in next time . also the to go packaging is perfect ! the place is clean and looks pretty inside . 5/5!!! will for sure be back

Don’t come here if you want authentic Pho. Consider this place as a Pho fusion.Ordering is using kiosk or online only. No in-person order service.Payment by cc only. Can eat if you have $1 million in cash.We were very surprised and disappointed that they added extra “fees” with no explanation. Roughly calculated to 4.5%. And there’s no advanced notice/warning prior to making payment. We’d consider this as “HIDDEN CHARGED”, on top of the already high menu prices.Broth tasted good, but not to the standards of the old time real Vietnamese pho.I ordered the Pho Tai Lan, which supposedly to be the traditional pho. But the noodles are definitely not traditional and the meat is far from it. Besides, you can count the pieces of meat by one hand.Service was robotic, or less. I saw my order was ready on the display screen, but I found NOTHING on the pickup counter. After another 5 minutes’ wait, they finally brought it. But I found it’s missing all the condiments I requested. After I pointed it out to them, there was no apologies. There are plenty of pho restaurants nearby with better quality, lower prices, personalized services, and no extra hidden charges.

Clearly paying someone’s mortgage with their ridiculous prices. 3 chicken pho comes out to $70? Out of your mind. There are noodles in the world worth that price.

Been going here since day one. The broth is so delicious. And the pho challenge was intense to see who can eat the most Bowls in one sitting. This place is so worth it. They survived the pandemic n is still killing it.

Good food. On the pricey side. Also, they charge a fee without telling you. Their health department rating is "good" and not excellent.

Anna and Nam were very sweet and kind. Amazing Vegan Pho and Thai Iced Tea. No MSG broth and in-house Tea Leaf made with Oat Milk. Phenomenal offerings, good music, chill environment. Love this place. Every location is spectacular.

Been going here for a few years now. The experience has gone down hill. The addition of kiosk ordering took it from a boutique pho place to an impersonal experience. They recently added acoustical paneling and then turned up the stereo, making it louder in there. than before. It's like the owners kids took over and ruined it!

Food is really good customer service not so much. First time I ordered I called in because the website has flaws and you can’t go backwards without completely exiting out of the page. I called in to go because I was on a lunch break but really liked the atmosphere so was going to sit in instead. The staff made a huge deal about me dining in and told me next time I need to tell them dine in so they could put in a dine in bowl. I was going to eat it out of the to go bowl regardless I never asked for them to transfer it. It was actually embarrassing because they seemed upset with me & repeatedly told me to tell them dine in next time. The food was exceptional so I returned and this time I called in my order for dine in as requested. The gal (Le ) who answered the phone was very rude and insisted I gave her the exact time I’d be there I told her several times I was leaving my job and would be there in 5. When I got there I addressed my concerns regarding their customer service and they interrupted me several times and gave me a sarcastic apology. Customer services needs improvement to say the least. Food is exceptional.
