Pizza. A global phenomenon. Loved by many.Absolutely perfected at Aria Food & Bakery in Kirkland, WA? Seems possible. We only ordered a small, plain cheese pizza- it’s the most basic thing and yet… I was shook. We went in casually as we were already right there and thought grabbing some bread would be nice.A divine message reached my brain and had me switch to pizza last minute. Life. Changing. What’s the secret? The bread? The cheese? The sauce I didn’t really detect? It doesn’t matter. All I know is this: I have had pizza in all its variations on every continent except Antarctica and somehow stumbled on THE BEST in my own backyard. The price is steep, yes. I believe $15 for a small.Worth it.Clearly you’re paying for quality.Overall the strip mall is unremarkable, the shop is tiny and basic, the person who helped us was a gem.

Can't speak to the owner or workers but they took my money and handed me my food and weren't rude. Just a business transaction. Tongue sandwich was good. Salad oliveh good. Bread good. I have yet to have a bad experience. I've been maybe 6 times. No issues. Out of thousands of orders placed you have a few bad experiences. Look at the reviews of any food business. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes things go wrong. Sangak is great with some French feta. You grab that across the parking lot at the Persian market. The establishment is clean.

The owner is disrespectful and doesn't know his boundaries.

Try to get flat bread on my way out of the states to take to my mother because she loves it. I knew I was early I was 15 minutes early they were sweeping the floor when I got there totally ignored my Knocks, I get that sort of then 9:00 hit nobody came I called I knocked I just gave up I just think that's so rude. They obviously don't need the business too bad because I really like the place and I wanted to take something special for my mother

Bread, hummus, and pizza were all great. Especially liked the sangak flatbread and veggie pizza, and the hummus was a lot more potent than the stuff you get in regular grocery stores.

It’s good to find Persian fresh bread but most of time they don’t have or just have cold in the fridge

Absolutely an exceptional place!!!I found this place on a random Google search for bakeries around Kirkland last week. I have been very excited to try and out and finally made my way in today. Oh my goodness such a friendly and wonderful establishment. The Baker was very nice and explained to me what flat brands were fresh today as well as gifted me some of their garlic yogurt sauce to try. When I got home I fried an egg and had flat bread, garlic sauce and egg for breakfast incredibly delicious.
